Booking process was efficient. Generally clear information from them and any queries generally responded to fairly quickly. For my consignment I dropped off my items at a warehouse, and these were then loaded by the warehouse. A number of items dropped off at the warehouse were not in the container on arrival. A review of the loading pictures suggest the items loaded ( as per the pictures) all made it, suggesting the missing items may not have been loaded. These were not small items either.(including furniture items and a storage box)
Im aware of the explanation from the company, but it is indeed sad that its perceived the missing items were never delivered to the ware house and suggestion that Im claiming to have delivered the items is not right.
I explained that I personally delivered these items to the warehouse. The fact that they are not in the warehouse does not mean they weren't delivered.
