Ordered an item at £119 with a first order discount code which made it £107.10
Had an email from them confirming the order at £107.10
Then found my credit card showed entries of £119 AND £107.10. !!
Customer services promised by phone a refund and only the £107.10 would be taken. Spoke again by phone 3 days later to be told they had no record of my call!! I await their promises
My wife has used Artigiano before with no problems so my experience with MONA is disappointing to say the least

Disappointing service, I returned an item on the 14th December, using the Mona registered label, tracked as received. Still waiting for £119 refund..... nearly a month, the product was ok, just too small compared to size guide, but the lack of personal swift service on a refund deters future purchases....

Ordered items for a wedding never arrived told it was fault of hermes. This delivery company has horrendous complaints on their website yet Arigano employ them Will never order again. There is no way to connect with hermes no phone number or email address probably because they have so many irate customers.

Where have all the good quality, stylish Italian clothes I used to buy? These look fussy, unfashionable and hideous.

What has happened to Artigiano?
I have just received their latest catalogue and there is not one item I would consider buying.
The smart dresses and tops that were once standard have been replaced by fussy prints and garish colours and much more expensive!
Please review your customer base and let us have our old styles back.

After a bad experience and no longer need the catalogue, I have repeatedly asked them to remove me from their mailing list but still keep getting catalogues in the post. what a waste of money and trees.
How do you get them to stop sending junk???

Only our second order with them. Unfortunately my wife needed a size larger. The returns procedure could not have neen simpler. Fill in the return reason as 2 digits (eg 63 for waist too small), detach the attached sticky label, repackage, add prepaid label then drop off at a Post Office.
I emailed them to thank, and even with coronavirus lockdown, Marion replied in 14 minutes.
My wife likes the clothes too.

I am seriously disappointed. I ordered an item on 15th February and was advised on 17th that it now was with Hermes. After chasing I got a respons stating that it would take Hermes three days to respond I heard nothing until I got a message on 9th March `(21 days later) stating that my parcel was lost in transit. If I wished to purchase this item I had to place a new order. 107250260Why would I? Not good enough. I think hat Artigiano should consider changing their carriers and then I might be tempted to order from them again.

Your new Spring Collection catalogue arrived this morning and went straight into the recycling bin. The preponderance of fussy, ornate, frankly cheap-looking clothes from Mona, Lebek, etc., is such a disappointment - what has happened to the well-tailored, simple Artigiano styles which I used to love so much? Judging by the clothes that feature in your Sales, I'm not the only one to think this way. And don't call your catalogue Artigiano when hardly any of it features Artigiano clothes - not 'truth in advertising' !

I have written to Artigiano several times to ask, and then tell, them to stop sending me catalogues. They have said they would but the catalogues still keep coming in. This is such a complete waste of resources and I would not buy anything from them even if they advertised my dream dress.

I’m sorry to ask for my name to be taken off your mailing list, but I am a size ten, and therefore I can no longer buy trousers from you as you have nothing in my size. WHY? There are many ladies size 10 or even 8 so I assume you are no longer interested in us.....
Please stop sending catalogues to me as from now.

I ordered two items following an advert in Mail on Sunday having to make two payments of £59 - goods never arrived, when I called Artiaiano I was advised Hermes had returned the parcel to them as they couldn’t deliver! I asked for it to be resent and was told I had to re-order and pay again! Which I have not done the fight is now on to get my money back £118 - I have also lodged complaint wth Mail on Sunday as no one from their account department has contacted me

Just received another catalogue. And I can only agree with the previous custommer's comments. The clothes (where are their wonderful shoes and bags?) are nothing like the Artigiano collections we bought. I was hoping that, after the buy-out by German catalogue owner Klingel, they would at least offer the Artigiano customer, some items of the style of Artigiano; timeless, elegant, natural materials. Simply, easy to wear and chic!
But no, what one sees in their catalogue is Klingel, not Artigiano. Massimo Dutti is the place to buy your chic clothes now.

I wish I could give no stars but that is not possible.

I USED to love Artigiano. I first bought from them 5 years ago and now have a wardrobe full of their jeans, excellent trousers in about 10 colours, lovely coats and their fabulous dresses! They always offered amazing style complimented with fantastic fit.
I am now so disappointed with what they have to offer and very sad for what the brand has become. MONA is dowdy, old-fashioned and looks cheap. I bought a blouse and dress from Mona (just wanted to give them a chance) - but they were badly made with cheap fabric, had a horrible fit and were not flattering!
They are not expensive in comparison to Artigiano clothes but I would rather pay a little more to get good quality and now understand why Artigiano were a little on the expensive side.
I have friends who loved the the collections and now have the same complaints. It is really sad to see the demise of a once loved brand. Mona or the other German labels cannot replace Artigiano's style, fit and quality.

Was an excellent company but has gone down hill fast in the last year.I am no longer being sent catalogues regularly.After 5 phone calls I finally got a test version of the early summer edition in August.It was received 2 days after the current offer ended! I have not received the current one.I am supposed to be a VIP customer but obviously that means little.Artigiano have taken on too many extra brands and the level of service has suffered badly.Eve Read

Just received 2 pairs of mona trousers and they are way to tight, no way near big enough! I ordered s12, I’m that size with Boden, Next and M&S, I’d say these are more like a size 8! I’ve noticed in the reviews people are disappointed that they can no longer get smaller than a 12, well the sizing is very wrong. These trousers are advertised as being for people with a bit of a belly and are supposed to be a comfy fit, what a joke! I liked the feel of the fabric but won’t risk ordering a bigger size as too much of a risk

I ordered from this company for the first time in July despite feeling very dubious, given some bad reviews I had read. I have to say, however, my experience was different. My dress arrived about a week after placing the order. I found it small-fitting on the chest and had to return it. I would also say it was a little pricey for the quality but it was, nevertheless, quite pretty. Return was free of charge and my refund was received within two weeks. I spoke to Artigiano staff twice and found them quite efficient and polite. I would order from this company again.

Items are great, generally a good fit true to size. Refunds are a problem however as there is several weeks delay which I have previously queried, this lets their system down.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Artigiano for years but right now I am definitely not! I have received two copies of the Autumn collection in the last two weeks and on the front cover of both it clearly states sizes 8-26. I am size 10 and no where in either catalogue is there an 8 or 10. This is misrepresenting what you are stating.I have to ask why. And I also ask why no size 10 any more? In spite of what the media might say “we” are not all large or overweight.
I also think your standard has slipped. In the past every page of your catalogue showed an article of quality making choice difficult, sadly this is no longer so.
Please go back to the company you once were, selling high quality at affordable prices.
I look forward to your reply....and seeing size 10 reinstated.
