SCAMMERS. Can’t believe I fell for this Instagram ad. Hopefully this review helps at least one person. Thankfully my bank was able to refund me so I wasn’t out of pocket . Reported their Instagram I advise everyone does the same

EDITED: ok my jumper arrived after 4weeks. I was expecting worse to be honest. ok it isnt great quality and definitely not worth the money but I will probably still wear it. still leaving at 1 star though as they blocked me on instagram when I tried reach out and for false advertising plus the 4 week wait. I wouldnt waste your money with these. report them

12 days later I’m still waiting on my order. I’ve emailed 3 times with no reply - this brand seems like a scam to me!

Absolute disgrace. Delivered 1 item and never sent the other. No response on emails. Product has no tags and nothing like what is advertised. Absolute disgrace DO NOT BUY!

CAUTION: they don’t let you return their products. Chased them multiple times on email and no response. Also they’re now deleting my comments. Super cheap product and no labels (doesn’t even have a label for how to clean it)

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery experience. What was supposed to be a straightforward order has turned into a three-week wait with little to no communication. Waiting this long for a delivery is completely unacceptable, especially without any clear updates, explanations, or accountability.
Customer service has been unhelpful and vague, offering no real solutions or accurate timelines. At this point, the delay has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. If there were issues, they should have been communicated proactively instead of leaving customers guessing.
I would not recommend ordering from this company if you expect reliable shipping or basic customer service. A three-week delay for a standard delivery is simply unacceptable

As echoed in many other reviews, delivery took over 2 weeks even though it stated 1-3 days. The jumper feels very cheap quality and absolutely not worth £75 that I paid for it. Guess it’s my fault for buying from an Instagram ad! Never again

Absolutely dreadful company! Shipping took 12 day when stating on the website that it would be between 1-3 days.
When the product finally arrived it was nothing like the one shown on their website and was some of the worst quality clothing I’ve ever seen (no exaggeration) do not buy from this retailer!

Ordered the Oversized Minimal Cream Knit Sweater, took ages to arrive and quality is awful, like something from Temu. Not worth the £75

Clothes took absolutely ages to arrive.
I was given the reason:
‘As stated in the product description, item(s) in your order were pre-orders’

No where did it say this when buying.

The item then finally arrives and looks nothing like the picture.
It doesn’t even have a branded tag inside the collar!

Lured in by £75 down from £90. Wouldn’t pay £20 if I know what I know now.

My advice, shop elsewhere. Absolute scam

Really awful experience, the clothes looked nothing like what was advertised. When i tried to return it they did not reply to any emails and didn’t send me the address to return it too. Will never buy anything from here ever again

Really poor experience. The T-shirt took ages to arrive, and when I returned it to the address they provided, it was signed for on delivery yet I never received my refund. Follow-up messages were ignored or unhelpful, and I’ve been left out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Would not recommend.

If i could give zero stars i would. They messaged me on Instagram to be a brand ambassador made it all sound amazing said i had to buy products to wear etc! I didnt mind i liked the style of clothes. They took ages to come the top was the completely wrong size nothing like the photos they had advertised. I bought a top for my boyfriend it was cheap again nothing like they advertised and they cut the labels out of it? Clearly trying to scam people! Ive returned the items about 4 weeks ago and they have just ignored my emails noone has refunded me the first payment i made on klarna... Which im glad i did and didnt buy them outright! Avoid this so called company at all costs!! I paid to return the items and have been ignored since!

BUYER BEWARE! They say they have free returns, but they fail to mention the customer has to pay FOR SHIPPING TO CHINA!!! I'll never shop there again.
As a follow-up to the above comments: I sent the return to China, and although everything in the address was correct, Chinese customs returned the package to me! So not only did I not get a refund, but I basically ended up paying TWICE for an item I didn't want. (The shipping cost to China was just slightly less than the cost of the item.) When I notified the company that the item had been returned from China and that I still expected a refund, they ignored my emails.

Paid way too much for something I wouldn't buy if I saw it in person. Photos misleading. That aside I needed a size exchange, but I can't get hold of them, their portal gets no response and their email is not real. Do not buy from them.

Awful company….be aware & do NOT purchase any of their advertised clothing. Material was cheap. I emailed customer service several times & was told that blouse had to returned to China for their 100% guarantee. Total crap…. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The quality is cheapest stuff. Be careful!!!!!
If you want to return : very complicated I even had paypal involved!!! You have to send it back to CHINA very expensive
Never ever would I buy here.

I bought a shirt that was in the sale two weeks ago and I haven’t received it yet. I messaged the instagram account and they informed me it was pre-order item. It never stated in the information section it was a pre-order and it was sale item anyway. Absolute scam.

I never write reviews but my experience with this company - ARMONICCI has forced my hand.

The short version is, after coming across this company online and ordering a £50 hoodie from them, once received, the fit was not as described and the quality of the item was shocking, so I sent it back for a refund - to which I have never received and they have ignored all of my emails requesting my money back - totally shocking lack of customer service hiding behind a glitzy website.

The slightly longer version...
I ordered a 'washed style' hoodie from their website. It arrived a few days later, smelt strongly of chemicals, had no 'care' label inside to instruct on how to wash/dry etc and the branding on the chest was completely wonky with some of the lettering missing.

I immediately contacted them via email as per their refund policy and explained the situation and sent them pictures. They said they could provide me a new size finished to a higher standard which I declined, stipulating I would like a refund. They provided me the returns address and I returned the hoodie to them via Royal Mail track, trace signed for delivery.

The hoodie was returned, received and signed for by ARMONICCI within 5 days of me receiving it (which was well within the 14 day window from receiving the item they say returns must be back with them by). I contacted ARMONICCI via email a few days later to ask when I would receive my refund. They advised me to allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in my bank.

Giving them some buffer time, I allowed 11 business days before contacting them again to inquire in to the whereabouts of my refund. This time however - no reply. I emailed them again, after 13 business days - no reply, and again after 15 business days - no reply. I even informed them I would be leaving a negative review if I didn't recieve my refund by the following Wednesday, allowing them 18 business days in total to refund me, and still, nothing. I am now £50 out of pocket because this company appears to have decided that they want my money whether I have a product from them or not. I am a busy man, with a family and a full time job, and haven't got the time to keep chasing this. I shall be reporting ARMONICCI to Trading Standards next, as even though they won't be able to help me get my money back, perhaps they will be able to investigate this company and prevent this issue happening to other future customers.

I have ordered a t shirt on October 07 in which they came to saying that they want a Collab with me . I still didn't get my order or the money. And i tried to contact them on Instagram first in which they asked me the Collab for which they never gave a reply for . Later i mailed them saying the issue which also didn't get a reply. Now they'll just give a reply to this message saying that it's some issue with the courier service but it's been nearly 2 months i have nothing. This was a total scam for me and never shop from this site . Customers got no value here and not sure whether they so me as a customer since I didn't get my product and money. It was a total scam
