I pre orderd on 12 April 2025. I sended 2 mails for an update on my order on 29 september 2025 and 21 februari 2026. They never answered me. I contacted them on facebook messenger. They didnt help me.
They stole my money. Incompetent company with no customer service.

So you go to the iron studios website you see a sale on and you place your order when your item arrives in the uk iron studios will mark it as a full price statue so you will pay full price import duties not the sale price . Just something to be aware of it's iron studios being lazy and making more of a profit by us in the uk paying full price import duties so that bargain your looking at isn't so much a bargain

​This is not a review of a minor issue; this is a WARNING to all potential buyers. Iron Studios shipped a severely damaged, premium 1/4 scale statue, and then demonstrated a complete failure of customer service by actively ignoring all attempts at communication for over three weeks.
​The Facts (Order #4312 - Deadpool Legacy 1/4 Scale and others):
​This is not an isolated incident; it is a serious failure of quality control across my recent purchases:
​Deadpool Legacy 1/4 Scale (Order #4312): The statue arrived with a major flaw: the base was BROKEN before it was even packaged. The broken chunk was loosely wrapped to conceal the damage, suggesting someone in their packaging department knew it was defective and shipped it anyway. Furthermore, the statue had severe fitting issues (stuck foot pin, loose sword).
​Companion Wolverine 1/4 Scale Statue: This statue also arrived with a defect; one of the claws was loose and falling out right out of the box.
​Weapon X 1/10 Scale Statue: This smaller piece suffered from the same assembly failure with a faulty leg pin that prevented proper mounting.
​The Failure of Customer Service: I emailed Iron Studios about the major defect on September 11th. I sent an urgent follow-up on, and a final notice on. I have received ZERO response to date.
​Because Iron Studios failed to respond, I was forced to spend my own time and effort repairing all three faulty products just to make them displayable. They have shown that they do not care about quality control and, more importantly, they do not care about their customers once the payment has cleared.
​If you are considering buying a high-end collectible, understand that if it arrives damaged (and based on my experience, it likely will), Iron Studios will take your money and disappear. You will be left with a broken product and no support.
​DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY with this company. Their premium price does not buy you premium quality or even basic customer respect. Spend your money with reputable manufacturers who stand behind their products. BUYER BEWARE.

I preordered two statues from them. One was very expensive, one was cheaper. After reading the bad reviews I decided to cancel the expensive statue because it seemed to risky to go through with it. I kept the order of the cheaper statue up. They don’t have an option to cancel your order so you have to email customer support. But they never answer. I tried through various platforms and email addresses and only got a reply when I escalated the case with my payment company. After two month of fighting they finally cancelled the expensive statue.
The smaller one has released now but all they do now is to send me emails to „finalise“ my purchase with links that lead nowhere since I already paid the full amount. Of course they don’t respond to emails and questions again. I guess this will be the next case I have to escalate.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Awful. Do not buy from them.
I pre-ordered a statue, paid the full amount when the time came and received my order but it was broken in many places with other parts falling off.
I asked for a refund or replacement after sending photos and was told I’d get an email with further instructions for returning. This was in early April. I’ve sent follow up emails almost weekly and had only one response claiming some sort of re-organisation had gone on and they would be in touch. I’m still waiting almost 3 months later…
I want my money back but they won’t give it.

Recibí un pedido (Una estatua) dañado. Abrí un caso y me dijeron que me la repondrían, pero que tendría que destruir la estatua aunque me confirmarían cómo. Tras 2 meses en espera decidí tirar la caja puesto que de todos modos la estatua iba a ser destruida. Finalmente la forma de destruirla me dijeron que era enviándosela a ellos con todo perfecto, incluido la caja, por lo que al comentarles el problema, me dijeron que ya no podían hacer nada. Tendría que haber esperado quizás, pero sientes que te están estafando porque en cualquier idioma destruir es destruir y por tanto la caja ya no importa. Me han dado un descuento para una futura compra. Compra que no voy a hacer porque me siento engañado. Ellos sabrán, han perdido a un comprador para siempre

Colleziono statue dal 2019, cioè da quando erano agli albori e ben prima che divenisse mainstream, e una cosa del genere non mi era mai successa.
Premetto che ho una decina di statue dell'Iron Studios ma non tutte acqustate sul loro sito in quanto, inspiegabilmente, non sono i più economici per i loro prodotti. Non mi era mai capitato che un produttore facesse, per ciò che produce, prezzi più alti di alcuni rivenditori locali.
Ma vabbè, e questa non è nemmeno la cosa più grave:
Compro una statua dal loro sito con l'offerta del black friday... di solito arriva in pochi giorni (la loro base europea è in Portogallo, perché sono brasiliani)... ma dopo 15 giorni ancora nulla.
Vado a vedere sul mio profilo sul loro sito e vedo che prevedono di consegnare per il 13 del mese.

Va bene, attendo... con le feste di mezzo la scusa ce l'hanno.
Arriva però il 16 e ancora niente statua. Faccio un ticket e nel frattempo anche la procedura paypal, ormai ne ho viste troppe in 40 anni di collezionismo... e metto le mani avanti.

Faccio bene: dopo 2 giorni mi rispondono con un tracking, lo apro... e vedo che la mia statua è stata consegnata... si, in Spagna!
Glielo faccio presente e dopo altri 2 giorni, oggi, mi rispondono che forse c'è stato un problema logistico (ah si? FORSE?!) e che me la rimanderanno ma non sanno quando possono spedire.

Rendetevi conto. Meno male che la pratica paypal è già avviata... è praticamente sicuro che non avrò la mia statua ma almeno i soldi indietro si.

Purtroppo so che non sono l'unico ad avere avuto questi problemi con loro, alcuni fornitori locali che conosco mi hanno detto che non trattano più i loro prodotti perché sono inattendibili sia per tempi che per spedizioni... in effetti anche alcuni miei preordini con loro sono arrivati con ritardi mostruosi, anche di 1 anno o più!
Come si può fare affidamento su gente del genere?
Le loro statue sono ben fatte, è vero, ma tutto il sistema di distribuzione e servizio clienti intorno è completamente inesistente.
Inoltre agli inizi una loro statua costava sui 150 euro, massimo 200... sono in scala 1/10.
Ora quelle che costano meno costano 300, e la scala è sempre quella! Alcune anche 500 o più.
È folle se pensate che i cinesi, per statue altrettanto fatte bene, questi prezzi li hanno per statue 1/6... persino Tsume, il top, in rapporto è più economica.

Evitateli oppure fate come me... i loro prodotti li acquisto ormai solo usati da gente che se li vende tenuti bene o anche mai aperti... li pagate il giusto prezzo e soprattutto VI ARRIVANO.
Ormai solo questo si può fare, con questa gentaglia qui.

I make the mistake of buying one of their statues on sale on Black Friday.
They were supposed to send it to me by December 13th... but on the 15th still nothing, so I contact them via ticket but they don't respond.

I open a Paypal complaint and magically the next day they respond saying they shipped and giving me the tracking via email, but it still doesn't appear on the order page.

I open the tracking link... and discover that my statue was sent to Spain to some unsuspecting lucky person, too bad that I'm Italian and live, in fact, in Italy.
The Paypal complaint is still ongoing and I'm not even sure I'll be able to get my money back, because usually even Paypal isn't very reliable in these absurd cases.

Avoid these Brazilian people (yes, Iron Studio is Brazilian, in fact in Europe they are based in Portugal)... they are truly unreliable charlatans... in fact they don't even claim the profile here on Trustpilot, they know they would only have to lose.

To run away, you place an order, a month after no news. Yet the site states that the order is still in progress. You call customer service by e-mail to ask them for explanations and they say "no, no, do not worry the order is taken into account and I am running"
Be careful, they sometimes take a week to answer you or forget you too.
Ask you again to check (because the status of the order still does not change while the delivery date has expired) they tell you in the end " ah mince a bug. We’ll give you your money back. See you soon"
What did I win? Nothing, I lost time (more than a month almost 2 months), the figurine I wanted is no longer available.et I had to do their work for them and report a problem on my order myself otherwise I could wait long.
Customer service is nil and worthless. Are not merchant and hope you will still buy from them.
So for me it’s over, worst seller ever. I do not recommend buying on this site. Run poor fool.

Would never buy again from iron studios eu! Item arrived damaged, had conflicting emails asking me to return the item and destroy it for refund. Luckily I paid through paypal and opened a dispute and followed their request. I have been told refund has been issued LIES! Following up with PayPal as customer service doesn’t respond and if they do say the same thing. I suggest waiting a little longer or paying extra to buy their products from a third party!

I purchased a statue from Iron Studios EU and it has arrived. On removing it from the box and assembling it I found that it was not able to support a heavy protruding part of the statue and it broke into three separate parts. I contacted Iron Studios regards this and they have been of no help and have offered me 30 euros to find a restorer. I paid a large amount of money for the statue and also paid customs fees. There attitude is completely wrong and I will be cancelling the future orders I have with them. Avoid them like the plague.
