One of the worst portals I've used
Why are companies even using this? Just like all other reviews, minimal support. The clients struggle to get the right people in and when they do we need to create more and more emails as existing ones don't seem to work. When we do get it we can't see the specific job or event so the client has to go back and forth to try and figure more things out. Our most recent issue is that the client has created 2 separate events but the events are titled the same thing which they can't even change after creating the event. The number of jobs that have been declined because of using this portal is starting to increase.

I have even once managed to get a member of their customer service team to speak to me (usually impossible) who admitted that it was terrible. Often it just hangs and moves very slowly or crashes completely. It needs to die a death.

Total SCAM! Avoid this platform!
This whole system is a total scam... You are made to believe to be signing up to a free to use system after your customer invites you to create an account. Nowhere in the process are you being told you will get charged, only a small reference to fees is made in the T&C but even there is not made clear. This is highly illegal in Europe! Still when you complain about it you get answers from what seem to be complete retards who will spam you with all sorts of non-relevant documents in order to try to convince you to pay. Those people refuse to give any normal answers to your questions. My advise: refuse to pay regardless of how much they threaten you, they will not take the case to court anyway as not only the amounts are too small but also they know very well their methods do not meet the legal requirements.

Wat een slechte werkwijze. Klik je 1 keer fout dan ben je de factuur kwijt die je moet indienen. Prijzen kan je zelf niet aanpassen dus dien je eerst contact op te nemen met de leverancier die eist dat je dit programma gebruikt. De DOS loopt hierdoor allen maar op. Ik zeg afschaffen deze werkwijze en kijken of het beter kan.

SAP Ariba should be ashamed of this platform - it's incredibly slow, unintuitive, consistently bugged, no support for standard members who are forced to use this platform by their customers. The UI is shameful for a platform in 2026. Sort it out!

It is easily the worst user experience you could ever imagine; no help, no contact us - the pages dont even fit on desktop let alone mobile!!. Shame on a big company like SAP to have a service so utterly unfit for purpose. Even the portal (or sent emails) wont allow you to unsubscribe from their never ending pointless emails about service outages and updates. If I had any say - there is no way I would ever use this service. I would rather go back to carrier pigeon! Hybris people - where are you? ....help redesign this disastrous system.

SAP ARIBA ist für den Endkunden/Lieferanten etwas schwierig zu händeln wer nicht gerade aus der IT Branche kommt.
Dafür hat der Kundenservice kompetente und erfolgreiche Lösungswege anzubieten, und kennt sich mit IT aus

Geen helpdesk. Totaal gebruikersonvriendelijke software. Hartstikke traag. Loops in help items die je de verkeerde kant op sturen. Moeilijk in te loggen. Dat dit bedrijf met deze software nog bestaansrecht heeft zal altijd een raadsel voor me blijven.
Client cannot pay me because of Ariba
Waiting for my client to pay me but they can't for a week or more now because of IT issues with Ariba. In future I will avoid any clients who use this system.
Avoid at all costs
Procurement systems are always convoluted but SAP Ariba is by far the worst! I would strongly encourage any procurement team to avoid using this platform.

SAP Ariba - Non functional
SAP Ariba is non functional. That is the only way that I can describe it. Simply put, it does not work or function. It has the worst user interface I can imagine. Basic steps to get to an RFP ( that exists and has a documented number) do not work. Search is, well, non functional. Perhaps worst of all, the SAP Ariba interface has been like this since it was introduced and one assumes to poorly coded that it is impossible to change. Just awful.
Garbage system
Garbage system, lots of issues, foreign address has to be fitted to specific format with US convention, otherwise can not go through. Trash.
Un système de procuration d'achat nullissime
Un système de procuration d'achat à se taper la tête contre les murs. Absolument rien ne fonctionne normalement et intuitivement et il faut des heures d'essai et d'échec, de consultation et de discussion avec des "experts" pour commander le moindre objet.
Ce système fait probablement perdre des centaines de milliers d'Euros par jour en productivité aux employés et donc aux compagnies en France et dans le monde mais le problème est que ces pertes sont difficiles à mesurer.
C'est une honte d'avoir des systèmes pareil en 2025 !!
