Dissapointed at having to pay p&p when I had spent £120 and it only shows up when you get to the checkout most retailers allow free postage and returns these days so will think carefully before using you again

Great service
Very good customer communications. Returned item due to wrong size and the replacement shoes were sent back to me very promptly.

Faulty boots poor service
Delivery time was slow. Lace eyelet rivet missing. Website stated a size EU 46 GB 11 but on the boot it was EU 46 GB 111/2. After a phone call they said they would get back to me to clarify the size but they didn't until after I had sent them back. No alternative but to get a refund and shop elsewhere.

Article exactly as described and received on time. Only minor issue I had was difficulty getting through to customer service on the phone (took over 2 hours) but query dealt with efficiently when I did get to speak with someone.

Flawless first order
An easy to use website with much clarity about the products sold gives great comfort to the first time purchaser. Found a coat I liked then sought to find the best price, including delivery, and discovered ArdMoor.

Great price and service.
I got a great discounted price on my first order which arrived in due course. ArdMoor thoughtfully and politely advised me that my order was delayed but it arrived only a couple of days late. Great service.

Good service
Ordering was easy and straight forward. Initial processing of my order seemed slow but once I received the email it was dispatched it arrived the next day and the original delivery estimate was met. Overall very happy with the service and would use Ardmoor again.

I'm wearing the Hoggs of Fife Cullen…
I'm wearing the Hoggs of Fife Cullen chukka boots as I write and am just off on a trip to Scotland ! I changed the size 10's for a size 9.5 and they were perfect from the moment I put my foot in to them. The reimbursement was very quick from Ardmoor. I like the Hoggs brand generally and have 3 pairs currently of the moleskin trousers which have been great through the winter, in fiact I'm wearing the navy blue ones as well, as they are fine for tidy casual or if I need to wear them with a jacket and tie.

Good service
Good service, easy to purchase from, and quality items. Delivery could be swifter; had to wait almost a week for both of my orders despite 2-3 days quoted but maybe I have been spoiled by next day deliveries from Amazon etc. Would certainly use them again and I can recommend them overall.
