Had an issue with the original boots. Which Ardmoor immediately exchanged once returned.

Ardmoor offers great customer service - I had to return a pair of boots I’d ordered online which were a smidge small at the toe and a replacement was sent to me asap! Couldn’t complain and the process was easy and simple!

Great customer service
I ordered 2 items from ArdMoor, they arrived very promptly. One I was very happy with, the other unfortunately had a fault. I contacted customer services regarding the faulty item and received amazing customer service. As soon as they received the returned item the refund was very quickly in my account. Good products, great service, would definitely recommend this company.

I bought a waterproof jacket for my son's birthday from Ardmoor and immediately realized that it was not appropriate for the job. He returned the coat on arrival and a refund arrived in my bank account by return. A few days later I received an e-mail from Ardmoor asking if I was still looking for a jacket and offering to help. I explained why I had returned the first purchase and they responded with some very helpful suggestions. Whilst their suggestions did not work for me, I thought their customer service was excellent. How often does an on-line company offer to help?
