Arctic Spas and Heath in particular have been looking after our hot tub for years. They have always been reliable and a recent annual service was no exception. Well done Arctic Spas

On Christmas Eve, it was freezing cold outside and Heath and Sam arrived on time and gave our hot tub a good service. Nothing was too much trouble.
Excellent service from a professional company and now I’ve had the bill happy to do this review because the prices were sensible as well.

Heath from Artic spas came out and did a fantastic job repairing my hottub and setting up my WiFi connection for me.

Heath arrived on time and called ahead as we were told. He is very experienced in what he does and nice and polite. The issues we has with the spa he fixed straight away. Thankfully Heath carries parts on the van which enabled him to fix the tub. We’ve had the spa for over 12 yrs now with minimal problems. Glad we chose Artic Spas.

Arctic Spas have always provided great service. We had our Timberwolf serviced and repaired by Kieran yesterday who was really professional and knowledgeable. One of our pumps had gone and Kieran explained all and replaced under warranty. Highly recommend. Clare in the office has also been really helpful with scheduling in.

Arctic Spas have always provided great service. We had our Frontier serviced and repaired by Kieran today who was professional and courteous. One of our pumps had sadly broken and Kieran explained to me all the steps he went through to try and mend before we needed to replace. Options were offered and he was helpful in providing advice about operational set up etc. would highly recommend. Lisa in the office has also been really helpful with invoicing etc.

Really good and thorough service. Worth the cost. The guy who did the service was really professional and friendly.

We’ve always had Artic Spa tubs. This is our second one, now 6 years old. Had an intermittent flow issue on the heater pump. Whilst it was a long wait for an engineer visit Kieran was fantastic. We booked a full service and he repaired the flow problem. He also provided useful operational information that we were not aware of. He was polite and professional and we had total confidence in his ability. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a 2nd hand Artcic Spa via gumtree on the private market, however as expected had a few niggles with the unit after moving it and started to notice a few issues with pump 1. We called adam and unfortunately he couldn't attend as quick as another local supplier so we chose them and unfortunately what a bad move that turned out to be. Long story short, the other company came replaced pumps, damaged the tub etc. But the unit still didnt work and after 10 visits they gave up. Called adam again explaining my situation and without hesitation stpehen attended, diagnosed and order replacement parts. Within 2 weeks they had me up in running fixing all the mistakes made by the other company.

Cant recommend Adam and stephen more, true professionals of thier industry.

Kieran arrived when I was told ho would and sorted all the issues out. Connected the Spa back to our WiFi. Great service throughout and he explained everything he was doing. Very positive👍👍

I called in to look at a few of their Spas and I was very impressed indeed. A very knowledgeable and helpful assistant called Gareth Blair explained about the chemicals that are added to the water and the insulation of the Spas therefore I am now considering buying one.

Purchased an Artic Spas Cub hot tub from Gareth Blair from the Birmingham store. We had decided to purchase an Arctic Spa after a lot or research. We have not been disappointed. From the support Gareth gave us on choosing the right tub for us, with clear and easy to understand explanations of the specs and options. The installation team all the way to the after sales support Gareth has provided (as we are hot tub new comers) has been faultless. Thank you Gareth and the Arctic Spas team.

The service was arranged in a timely manner with plenty of advice and communication. The service engineer, Kieran, took time to go through the process and the work he was going to do and then got on with it. Once finished he gave a comprehensive update with advice for on-going care. Thank you!

We have just recieved our new timberwolf hot tub today. Its fabulous! It certainly looks the part and exactly as in the showroom. The guys Heath and Sam, delivered it fully checked and in working order beforehand. They inspected the site area and began their work immediately and arrived early. They treated everything in and around our home with respect, which we appreciated. They worked well with the crane driver from Ken Harrop, as it had to go over the house, and was delivered in exactly the position needed. Fantastic skill! They cleaned everything and took all packaging away. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable when explaining how things worked. Would highly recommend. A very happy customer.

Very quick response to request for call out. Engineer Heath arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem The required parts were in the van and were quickly fitted and the tub restored to working order.
