Very good customer service. The fitters we very helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure we were satisfied with the position of the cabin before full installation. Very pleased.

A great grill hut - after quite a bit of research I chose Arctic Cabins and was delighted with the hut. 5 years later I moved house and bought an identical one for the new house - and (for the second time) really pleased with the product, the sales team and the installers. Great job.

Fantastic product. Fantastic installation. Fantastic staff. Debbie I. The office is lovely. So pleased with the cabin. Our 3 yr old grandson thinks he is in a Harry Potter film. So pleased. Thanks to everyone. Merry Christmas. Alan and Kate Smart. Lichfield.

Professional attitude from the sales people to the fitters

Fantastic experience from start to finish.

Team who installed went above and beyond!

From initially ordering the cabin to it being installed the communication from Arctic Cabins was superb. The cabin itself is brilliant and I am sure we will have some good times using it.

Arctic Cabins were 5 star service from start to finish you should be really proud of your Company and your staff. Ann-Marie kept us up to date with all the details after ordering & nothing was too much trouble. Ben & Matt who erected & fitted our 10m Cabin did a grand job, took away all the packaging and even had a blower to clean up small amounts of sawdust. We are over the moon with our cabin and would definitely recommend people to use Arctic Cabins. John Bott

From ordering the cabin through to delivery the service was 5 star plus. Initial dates for delivery were set and maintained and we were kept updated regularly along the way. Delivery of materials was hassle free and the two lads that installed the cabin were extremely polite, respected the property, made no mess at all and went above and beyond. A 5 star company and experience.

From buying to arranging a date and completion wS o a very high standard.

These days, I have come to expect things not to be as expected and to get disappointed. Arctic Cabins have flipped my expectations..

The two Cabin construction guys were superbly polite, tidy and efficient in every way. They never stopped until it was complete and then talked me through the locks, lights and maintenence.
