From my initial enquiry to fitting my hut Arctic Cabins have been a dream to deal with, I am super happy with my hut even though a neighbour has complained and I have to go through retrospective planning permission, but that’s my problem. I cannot recommend this hut enough, very happy. Thanks.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. No hassle at any point. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Remembered my name. The fitters did not stop the whole time they were putting my cabin up. They worked very hard.

We can honestly say that we are so happy with the cabin and I just can't believe how well made it is absolutely solid the workmanship is second to none. And as for the 2 lads who put it all together Jamie and Matt I didn't think that we still had young men who can still work as hard as they did we are so pleased with everything we would highly recommend arctic cabins to anybody who is thinking of having one. Thanks again Alan and Ann.

Had a problem with door not fitting properly.Three days later it was rectified by a very polite & helpfull fitter called Todd.He also gave me advice on treating my cabin as he noticed it wasn’t UV protected. He didn’t need to tell me anything so 5 stars to Todd.I have found Artic cabins very easy & helpful to deal with.
Ps:Thanks to Gareth for the metal floor plate supplied.

Great looking cabin and well designed. Very professional installation, with a very hard working team. It was great to watch them erect the cabin, pure teamwork. Everything cleared away after completion. Now looking Forward to using it especially after seeing how well built it is

We recently had a 14m2 Arctic Cabin installed in our garden. Great quality product and an excellent team who worked tirelessly to construct it in a day and a half. One small snag regarding the chimney was identified by Todd (team lead) at the hand-over/demonstration stage and sorted immediately. We couldn’t be happier. The weather has just changed and we had logs burning last night, sipping wine, whilst watching the final episode of the Grand Tour on a 43 inch TV that blends in well on a side sloping panel. We’ve run full power and an Ethernet Cable for best wi-fi.

I’ve also cooked a leg of lamb on the grill which was perhaps a little ambitious for me but loads of fun.. Next time, I’ll stick to steaks & chicken but anything is possible depending on your skill set. The smoke is drawn straight up the chimney and the whole fire works very well. It brings out the stone-age man in you with the design and skins etc.

Our teenage boys have their mates around who all rave about ‘how cool’ it is and say the acoustics are great for their music. We can’t hear a thing from them when we’re sitting in the main house with our hands over our ears. 😄

We are sure the cabin has added considerable value to our property and will continue to bring happiness for years to come.

From start to finish the Arctic Cabins team look after every little detail. On the day of installation the fitters were fantastic and worked so hard to put the unite substantial hut/bar together. The cabin now it has been installed, is better than we expected and we look forward to many parties and chilling nights for years to come.

The price, the team that fitted it and all the way through from purchase to delivery. Really friendly

We've been very impressed with the whole Arctic Cabins experience. Very professional, helpful, great communications from order to installation. People turned up on time, worked diligently, expertly and professionally. They were friendly, hard-working, respectful and great to have here. They left the site immaculate and everything was simply perfect. And the cabin is truly amazing!

My husband and I are delighted with our new 10m2 arctic cabin. This is our 2nd in 12 years which is testament in itself as to why we are a returning customer and have recommended arctic cabins and cabin master to f n f of which 2 have recently purchased a product. The first cabin had served us well for 12 years and we sold this on privately as our new one would be able to give us new & different options of our current lifestyle. The team from start to finish have been helpful and we like the process of being kept updated with the simple tick sheet paperwork of our order which makes it simple to follow showing your order and the additional extras and options you may have purchased. The company are easy to deal with, it’s a simple no dramas hasstle free process and the staff are knowledgable, hardworking with an end product which is fantastic just as we had expected.
The fitting team were on time, polite, friendly and hardworking and the cabin is perfect. Those who have been part of our journey in getting us to this point need a mention BIG thanks are Rob, Ian, Alex, Steve and Liam. We will look forward to another decade plus of fun and cosy nights in our cabin
Thank you Phil & Tracey

Correspondence from the company was spot on and the organisation of the delivery of the base and then the team of 3 who arrived to put the hut up were great. We changed our minds on the day with regards to the positioning of the hut and the team were very obliging with moving the base around the garden until we were happy. We love our hut!

Very helpful and friendly service and quick installation

Excellent workmanship, and the level of the finish is fantastic.
I’m so pleased with my cabin, it looks amazing.
I lit the bbq for the first time this weekend and all the smoke and cooking smells went up the chimney, non of it came into the cabin.

A big shout out to Adam and Josh who installed our BBQ cabin last Friday. Polite, approachable and knowledgeable with good advice on orientation of door and windows. Really helpful guys, gave us a good talk on using the BBQ along with some good tips.
Every one from sales to office staff to material delivery to installers were a pleasure to deal with.
