Had a problem with the coils for the series 5 - great customer service from Laura and Sam - turned out to be a dodgy batch of coils and they kindly sent me some to compensate for the ones that didn’t work. If you have a problem I can highly recommend contacting them.

I used my series 5 for ages and it was good. Now I have come to need more coils but all the retailers I bought from no longer stock them and the only option I had was to order them off the website for a much higher price with the p&p. Ended up buying a new vape from a local vape shop

Bought vape 2weeks later my local retailer recalled all aqua vape items leaving me stuck with a vape and no coils or a piece of scrap metal.. had no choice but to order some online at a much higher price somehow?? I have had to take it apart 3 times to clean as it would never work right... if I wasn’t so hands on and determined to actually use what I payed for then I’d of chucked in bin after 2 weeks.. however after waiting for my coils from aqua website for 12days I’m finally using it again.. but the battery hardly lasts half a day so I always have to have a cable with me🤬!!!! Waste of money ......

I’ve only been using the vape for a few days but so far so good. I love that it’s small and compact and that it doesn’t leak when it tips over like others have. I have only tried one flavour so far but I am impressed. Thinking of ordering another one for a friend

after using for an hour or so it gose flat after charging all night i have one of another brand and last all day with no problem at all is this normalfor this brand i yes its aqua vape 2 colour is black

I can’t say how good the vape is I bought from Aquavape it’s amazing so simple to use I’ve recommended this device to several of my friends and they have bought it and are pleased. The service is quick and overall this is a better company and the customer service is better than one of their competitors. Great value for money

I have purchased coils from Aquavape on saturday 20th of July, 3 hours before "dispatch the same day" deadline.. before that i registered with them to get 20% discount code, as major part of their products are more expensive to buy from their website than from Asda or Argos to name a couple.. at checkout everything seemed fine, however once i clicked "pay now" via paypal account, I was charged full amount with no discount! I immediately sent an email to Aquavape, but until today no answer. I have sent an email on sunday and yesterday as well.. no answer at all.. reading recent reviews, Aquavape is obviously busy answering positive feedbacks here as they are way too more important than issues of their customers.. on top of this disgusting ignorant behaviour, I have not received confirmation email regarding shipment of my order either, means they most likely didnt shipped my items yet! Aquavape, you have disgusting customer service! you are more likely to lick peoples bacsksides here for positive feedbacks rather than dealing with emails from your customers. customer services are usually "the face and first line of contact" with customers and depending on that people form their opinions about your business.. i dont care how good one product may be, when there is an issue and you get ignored like this = no business again! shame on you!

Small,compact in size,simple to use.Very simillar to smoking a real cigarette what is giving it A+.The only one minus is the battery life.260mAh is not enough even for half a day smoking.Would i recommend it to someone else?I would.And my advice once bying this click& vape is-take a power bank with you :)
