I made a recent purchase of two Aqualux items via a third party only to find my order being cancelled. Upon contacting Aqualux directly it came to light the order got cancelled due to the third party still advertising and, in my case, selling me a product no longer available from Aqualux. The customer services team at Aqualux couldn't do enough for me to rectify the situation and ensure my order was reinstated with the correct superseded items. I received my order within a couple of days. I normally wouldn't single out any individual however, on this occasion I feel I should. Hanna certainly went above and beyond to keep me update throughout the entire process and I can't thank her enough for all the support and help she gave me throughout. Many, many thanks.

I needed to replace a broken pivot hinge on my Aqualux shower door, previously ordering a replacement to find they were out of stock, I called back and spoke with Hannah, she was excellent, after taking the ref number from the shower door she cross referenced this to a parts pack containing the pieces I needed and confirmed they were in stock and then sending me a link by email so I could order direct. Very curteous, knowledgeable and helpful, Thanks Hannah!

I bought a shower door and side panel at the Screwfix live event in September 2022 in preparation for a complete refurbishment on my en-suite.Because I was doing this work myself it was a couple of months before I examined the contents of the delivered boxes.
I then discovered I had a couple of important items missing. I contacted AquaLux who promptly organised a courier delivery of the missing parts. A few days later When trying out a trial fit of the door frame I discovered yet another important part was missing. Again the AquaLux sales team responded quickly and made arrangements for a replacement kit to delivered at a convenient date.
Well done AquaLux. I wish all customer support organisations were so efficient!

New shower screen fitted by our regular local bathroom expert. Great screen, folds in 2 and fits very nicely. It's a huge improvement on that which it replaces as that rival product fitted flush at the bottom: that meant that the extractor above was unable to do its job as it was sucking at a vacuum resulting in warm moist air going straight into the room when the shower door was opened after showering; this Aqualux version is vented at the bottom meaning the extractor can work. The result is that very little warm air is left to steam up the room when the shower screen is opened - a much better result, very pleased indeed.

I bought a Aqualux Wave Shower Enclosure two months ago and now finally installed it .I contacted aqualux sales team of Richard Hunt and team a couple of times response was brilliant on each email. After ordering delivery was outstanding and when I finally got to install it I was really pleased. would recommend Aqualux to anyone. Sorry I have taken so long to write the review. Well done!!!

I received excellent customer service from Shawni who helped when my shower door mechanism broke. I was very pleased that the problem was solved swiftly, efficiently and satisfactorily.

Unable to source a part for a shower, emailed photo through and got a reply from Shawni same day with the correct part even though it is discontinued. Great response and brilliant on the phone.

The handle on my new shower was missing a part. I contacted Customer Service and spoke with Hanna, who was most helpful and very lovely to talk with.
I sent her photos and listed which part I thought it was and it was with me in a few days…Job done.

I bought a shower cubicle through Homebase but when it arrived it had a part missing. Homebase were very unhelpful. I contacted Aqualux and spoke to Hannah. She was very helpful and quickly resolved the problem.

I bought a walk-in shower screen from Aqualux. Lovely quality, fast delivery, but I bought the wrong width and didn't realise until it was installed. I contacted Aqualux through their website and got a callback within the hour. Richard had done some research based on my message and did his best to help. The solutions he offered left me feeling happier about my chances of being able to solve the problem. Thank you. I'd shop with them again.

Have to say the service was fantastic, was looking for a new shower and the knowledge of the different models and make of showers was great. Richard who i dealt with ensured i got the right model compatible with the power supply of our old shower. Great service all round. Have reccomend this company to family and friends.
