Checkout was simple, the build took a little longer than expected but worth the wait

Ordered a really nice PC and it works amazing, they just mixed up the color.
Oh, and it was kinda confusing figuring out which email to ask inquiries to.

runs smooth, can have multiple apps in the back ground with no problems.

Ordered a motherboard. Never received. They claim USPS lost it. Apex wanted me to wait until after claim was settled before resending my order. After 3rd week of B.S. back and forth, I cancelled order. I found the MB cheaper at another site. Will never deal with this company again.

Running smooth, exciting to start my gaming and content

I ordered a pre built pc that I received November, in damaged condition due to poor packaging. I spoke to customer service and sent in the gpu which had physical damage due to not having interior package protection. They received the gpu in early December to tell me it could be a few days because they work in order of claims. It is now January and I have yet to receive an email update about shipping or that they even look at the part. This is unacceptable and I have asked for a refund.

The consistency in updates on my order was great, but the fact they were repetitive in sending the exact same email was a little unnerving. If complications arise in the assembly or construction of the product then a slight more personal message would be relieving to the customer. Thanks for the PC tho!!!

Purchased this gaming computer for our son. It was his all time favorite gift. So many options to choose from!! Great communication with the company with timely response. Would recommend this company to everyone I know looking for this type of product!

Experience with APEX was seamless. I used Copilot to help me make my selections and after my order was made, within the first couple weeks had a quick call with a member of there team to make sure I had selected components that would fit my needs. After that, they sent me a list of recommended upgrades, which I declined and they were not pushy or high-pressure in that regard. I will state that after I made the purchase, I read into some negative reviews and was a bit disappointed I didn't do further research before going with Apex, but regardless I have had my PC for a month and I am very pleased. Not handy myself, was able to assemble and boot up PC within 30 minutes and it is running great for everything I need. Thankful to have a seamless experience, even amidst Apex's unconfirmed reputation.

Respectful. Called me and asked what I’d be using it for so they can try their best to set your recommendations properly. Took a tiny bit surely, but the computer came in nice packaging, had even guides with your gpu set to the side to keep it from shaking around. My computer runs as what I’ve heard, like butter. I’m having fun.

I thought I have already rated Apex. But I was impressed by the service, keeping me informed and the updating! Thank you to all! Grandson is happy, that’s what counts!

Waited for a very long time to get my expensive pc, it came off the rip with a bad 4tb disk and a bad windows install, had nothing but issues with the wifi combo chipset, the Bluetooth adapter didn't even make it a full year, tech support has helped but all in all the quality of these parts are just ridiculously bad and almost makes me want to sell the whole thing and go with a company that has better work

Didn’t even receive the pc because u cancled the order and still had to pay 250 for cancleation fees. On top of the 200 they don’t tell you about. Terrible company

The PC I was sent is living up to the expectations in every way. With the only thing I can complain about being that it's the wrong colour, which did scare me as I thought orders got mixed up but it's all good and not really something that bothers me now.

There is a constant back and forth leading up to you receiving your PC. They want to make sure it all lines up with you perfectly

I'll have to start off with the customer service. It is so top tier that it's like finding a unicorn out in the wild. It should not exist how intentive they are and how quick they are getting back with you and staying in touch with you. You can message them every day like a crazy ex-girlfriend and they will still respond and give you the information you need. Not only that, did the PC take some time to get here. Yes, but it was worth the wait. The pc is crisp clear run. Smoothly, easy instructions to set up and if you have issues, they can call you, you don't have to be a computer genius. You can just call these guys and they'll run it through you. Step-by-step. If you're a simple salt of the Earth guy like me who likes to do nerdy stuff, but doesn't know nothing about computers. And you want a great system for a decent price. Get ahold of these guys. They will hook you up guaranteed. You'll love it.

Apex is a great company, they build amazing PCs and when widows takes a crash, there customer support is amazing. I will always trust Apex gaming for my pc needs
