I originally ordered a dress and the fit wasn't right for me, spoke to customer service via email and she recommended a different size and dress. I will say it took a while for the exchange to happen but once I recieved the dress it was perfect!
I've seen previous reviews about people not getting their refunds etc.. just be patient it took a while but they do come through!

Very very disappointed with the company as I returned a dress 3weeks ago and still haven't had a refund

One star is too high as this is easily the WORST company. I ordered one of the fur vests on January 4th and it is now May and I still have neither a vest nor a refund. I have gone back and forth with customer service and after sending them screen shots and everything other piece of info they have asked for, I now have radio silence. The next step is going thru the fraud department at my bank. But this much hassle for a vest? Even if it were divine, there is not a product on the market that is worth this much grief and hassle! Steer clear of this company! To date - out the cost of £104.99 and no vest. Furious!!!

Quick delivery. Dresses are amazing and actually what you order. Not some cheap overpriced tat from china. I have ordered 3 dresses from here now and it will be my go to site in the future. Never needed customer services so cant comment on that aspect. Receive tracking number as soon as its shipped

TRADING STANDARDS ARE INVESTIGATING

This is a WARNING I wish someone had told me before I spent nearly £200 which, If I hadn’t gotten trading standards and my bank to investigate (even having proof of a them receiving my return) I wouldn’t have gotten my money back.

I SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS WHICH WHERE IGNORED OR REPLICATED it’s just a bad company.

This company is now under an investigation by trading standards due to them breaking the consumer rights act 2015.

Company does not have any information about how to do a return. I had to email the company myself to ask for the return address- I had to send the dress back myself via the post office.

Thank GOD I sent the item recovered delivery as for a month the company stated they had not received the item EVEN THOUGH I HAD PROOF THEY RECEIVED IT AND PHOTOS FROM THE ROYAL MAIL POST MAN DELIVERING IT TO THEIR ADDRESS.

They still told me they couldn’t process the return until they had the item- I had sent them all the evidence I had.

I had to contact my bank to do a charge back and my BANK INVESTIGATED it and only THEN did I get my money back.

I would have taken them to small claims court

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life

Shocking customer service. Returned a dress well within the timeframe (in fact returned it straight after I tried the dress on and saw it wasn't suitable). Have been passed from customer service to another department twice and have heard nothing from that other department. Wish I had check Trustpilot before I ordered from them.

Terrible company. Ordered next day delivery and 3 weeks later still didn’t have the dress that I ordered. Complained by email to be met with an automated response every time despite being told several times it was being investigated and passed on to another team. Eventually got my money back after disputing with my bank. Wouldn’t recommend!

Horrible.
Will never be purchasing from this brand ever again. As an avid online shopper with many retail sites never have I had to complain or leave negative reviews until now. The dress I received was too big so I sent it back- I had emailed them beforehand and they were expecting the dress back. I sent it first class signed with Royal Mail and the dress was received and signed for the following day it was sent. This has now been over 7 weeks. With many many emails I have sent with evidence provided with the tracking details and images of where it was delivered, it is always the same response as “I understand your frustration” “this is being reviewed and investigated”. Clearly not enough!!!! Absolutely not good enough.

Really Bad. I‘m waiting since 11 weeks for my order and you keep being fobbed off with the same excuse over and over again!!!

I have never ever ever experienced such DISGRACEFUL customer service.
January 2026 my husband bought me a dress for a wedding in May. It was the incorrect size so I went to exchange but they gave me a gift card as it was out of stock. I reordered when it was in stock and the item didn’t come for 2 half months where I constantly emailed, DM’d, commented, called their fake number on their website, messaged the owner and randomly a WRONG DRESS in the WRONG SIZE turned up. They refused to give me a full refund as I used a gift card even though that was their way of exchanging and forced my hand to buy something else just so I didn’t loose out on the money. Throughout this whole process the emails were never responded too and I had to go through DM’s which were only responded too once I commented on all their posts.
I ordered a dress that immediately went into pre order saying March 29th and then when that date passed I was told April 29th instead. Today NOTHING no response other than their classic “we will escalate your issue” and then NOTHING. I’m now around £400 down and no sign of any dress and the wedding is in 3 weeks.
I can’t begin to describe how many times I’ve tried to contact this company and I cannot believe a brand like flannels stocks them it’s a scam. Surely there is something going on as to why there are so many AWFUL reviews. I wish I read these before buying in the first place.

Very disappointing experience. I returned my order which was received by the company in December 2025, yet I am still waiting for a refund more than four months later. I have contacted customer services multiple times and each time I am simply told they will "check the warehouse" with no clear explanation, no timeframe, and no resolution.

I ordered a dress on the 5th April still waiting and they haven’t given me any real update just that they are looking into it which they clearly aren’t. Waited 3 weeks already it’s absolutely disgusting as per all the other comments about this company with orders. I’ve emailed the same email they’ve told everyone on here to email and it bounces back even that’s a complete SCAM!!!!!

I bought a dress from here and sent it back for return I was told I would receive a full refund from there returns team. Since then I’ve only received automated responses for 3 weeks about how they are checking the warehouse for my dress. I was then replied to on trust pilot to email helloalblondoncouk (doesn’t include the @ as I cannot include an email in my review) which is an invalid address. Do not order from here I am so disappointed!!!!!

Speedy delivery. Dresses are amazing quality & unique design. My go to brand for occasion dresses!

My experience has been shocking, I ordered a dress for my holiday 4 weeks ago and they have messed me around and their now saying my order was delivered and won’t give me tracking information, nothing had been delivered, I have cameras and would of caught the delivery on the system, customer services are shocking. I would not buy anything from them again. People be aware!!!

Scam . Purchased a 160 dress and received no goods! After asking for the tracking information on multiple occasions the company continue to ignore my request and continue to tell me the order was received giving no evidence.

Avoid this company there fraudsters !

1 star? Genuinely wouldn’t even give that if I had a choice.
PAID for a ‘pre-order’ of the Cassini Orange, never received it, and still waiting on a refund. 50 days!
When I chased them up I got a response that made no sense — rambling about delays being normal for pre-orders, while they’re busy fulfilling regular orders for the same dress ahead of people who paid first.
Then instead of addressing my refund, they tried to upsell me on the pink version. The pink version! I want my money back, not a colour swap!
I’ve issued a Section25, my bank are investigating and reported to TS as this is nonsense.
Oh and Lisa is CLEARLY AI responses!!!

Nothing positive to say. Order still not arrived after 4 weeks. Constants delaying tactics and lies in correspondence. Unprofessional correspondence when they did respond. Strongly advise people to shop elsewhere and get the level of service the companies prices deserve. Shouldn’t be allowed to trade!

I’ve own 4 dresses by this brand and I can honestly say the quality on the dresses are simply amazing. My recent order was a black dress and it’s super cute although a little longer than expected as I’m tall anyway. Highly recommended… thank you 🤍

Absolutely love the look and quality feel of their dresses. The cut is so flattering, and I get lots of lovely compliments.
