I am still waiting for my dress after a month of ordering. Noone has answered my numerous emails my WhatsApp messages or I have even reached out on Instagram messages and commented on their posts to try and get a response. The dresses are not cheap and I could have apent my money elsewhere as I ordered it for my holiday. I am very disappointed.
UPDATE
I finally got hold of someone about 9 days ago and asked them to cancel my order which they said they would but 5 days later they dispatched it and its arrived today . I had to pay 78 euro custom charges even though I have to return it as it is too late. Now I am again trying to contact them to arrange a return but no-one is replying. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY also the answer they sent below is from a bot and the email doesn’t work

Awful service. Ordered a wedding evening dress (white bow dress) in early April. It arrived and didn’t fit. I sent it back straight away and my item was signed for. Been in touch with the company multiple times- they send the same generated email saying they need to check in the warehouse if they have received it (over 14 days since signed for). Finally they replied to say they were processing the refund and to wait 5 working days. Shock. The refund never came in. Emailed further to say it hasn’t been processed and they said it has been sent to the finance team to review. Never in my life have I had this service with a company. AWFUL. Wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before purchasing. You cannot speak to an actual person and they do not reply to any questions just a computer generated reply. Their phone number is a WhatsApp with the same reply. They always reply the same reply to all the feedback on here with an email that doesn’t even deliver. My bank is now taking this further and I will continue to fight legally due to the outright cheek of this company.

Please do not buy from this company.
Please spread the word. The company uses influencers to promote their brand whilst providing really poor care to everyday people that they do not return their money to. Please continue to spread awareness so more people do not have to go through this.

Absolutely awful customer service - I ordered the dresses in March, and I still have not received the items!
“Lisa” will respond to your first email, followed by the promise of escalating the issue to a specialist team, who never get back to you. I am 30 emails into a thread with “customer service.” I have begged for a refund multiple times. Absolutely ridiculous. Never ever buy from these scammers again!!

I ordered 2 dresses which are both beautiful, unfortunately one is a little tight on me - the cap sleeve Cassini (I am a size 10-12 and I ordered a M) and the other I realised would not be quite right for the function I was attending (pink legacy dress) so sadly I will need to return both but the quality and look of the dresses is incredible, I will 100% be making future purchases for my upcoming holiday at the end of the year.

If there was an option to give zero I would. I purchased a dress in Jan 2026, and now in June 2026, I still have not received the dress or a refund. I’ve emailed numerous times and all I’m getting in return is a generic emailing informing me that the issue is being looked into. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would never purchase from this company again.

Recently bought a dress from ALB , the zip on the day of the wedding broke and had to pull it apart to get out of it in the evening. Was very disappointed in the quality and doubt I’ll buy again from this seller.

Still not had my refund for 3 dresses after a month, only received 2 dresses, the other dress has never been received. No one gets back to you by email, it is an automated email. If you comment on instagram your comments get deleted.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stunning item which unfortunately didn’t suit so requested a refund. Was advised like many others the returns portal was down so spent more money in returning myself with order number intact. Despite NUMEROUS requests for my money back (£200) I’m constantly told “ Your returned item is still undergoing inspection by our warehouse team. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Due to a high volume of returns, we are currently experiencing longer processing times than usual”. It’s been over a month. In today’s society waiting THAT long for your money is outrageous.

Do you like paying close to £200 for a dress that fails to arrive? Do you like spending weeks trying to contact the company to get help? Do you want to spend hours on the phone trying to get a charge back on your credit card? Thought not. Read the reviews and do not be tempted to buy from them. They send out dresses to social media influencers and few others seem to receive them. If they do, they fight for months to sort returns. The company has dissolved in the UK. Walk away!

The dress is really lovely and great quality, however the customer service was hard to get in touch with, took over a month for me to receive a refund and was a confusing process.

Awful experience, do not buy from this company. It’s a scam. Took nearly 2 months for a refund which I don’t think I would’ve gotten if I hadn’t mentioned my solicitor was getting involved.
Never buy from here avoid at all costs.

Atrocious. I’m sure this company is a scam. They’ve also according to companies house dissolved in the UK. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for a dress that should have been 3-5 days. Either my emails are ignored or automated response. I have had an ongoing issue with them from November 2025 as they refused a refund. Finally thought I was getting somewhere and now they won’t ship the replacement dress. Have started a dispute with citizens advise and strongly advise people to shop elsewhere

Beautiful dress but customer service is the worst I’ve ever received. Was given the wrong order number in my confirmation email which meant my order could not be found when using the returns portal. Returns portal was then down to be told the only solution was to post myself and incur the charges for a tracked delivery. After finally being able to return, I am still awaiting a refund despite the return being delivered to ALB over a month ago. When contacting their customer service email, they regurgitate the same response without any helpful information. Disappointing as was going to reorder the dress in a different size but after this experience I will go elsewhere.

**EDIT: still no refund, and like many others in the reviews, I receive the same AI response from their contact@ email address, and their hello@ email like they’ve recommended doesn’t work!! As a last resort I’ve contacted the owner on LinkedIn and will be reporting this company to anyone who will listen in the UK.**

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible experience with this shop, I would tell anyone not to buy from there it is not worth the hassle! I ordered my item on 27th March and here I am writing this review 9 weeks later and I still have not received the item or the refund I asked for when the item was not dispatched after 3 weeks of waiting. I have been emailing with their “customer service” email who, whilst responding, are not actually moving anything forward they just keep saying it is with their refund department but a refund should not take nearly 6 weeks and counting! Completely ridiculous and a total breach of consumer rights. I am now having to go via my bank to report this. I have no idea if the clothes are any good but I know for sure I won’t be buying from them again

I ordered the red backless dress and I’m obsessed with it. The fit is perfect, true to size, and the red colour is absolutely stunning. The quality is amazing, and I’m so happy with my purchase. It’s perfect for a wedding guest outfit or a fine dining event.

The customer service team was also incredibly helpful when I needed a different size — they responded quickly and made returning the original size so easy.

I would highly recommend ALB London and will definitely be shopping here again for more stunning dresses.

Returned my dress (£179) after struggling to do so. One month later I still don’t have a refund! Do not buy off this site!
