I have nothing but praise for this company! After a horrific experience with a prior company that basically sold me the most horrific extensions I've ever worn (9 years of a new set of hair every 3 months) I chose to take the risk on this brand as one of the few that supply my colour.

The hair first of all is SO thick! From root to ends, it's absolutely luxurious which I didn't expect for the price!! I actually ended up putting in just under half the amount of hair I usually would, saving me even more cash!

I didn't want to review until I'd washed and styled the hair and wore it for a while. Its as soft and smooth as day 1!! No moulting and no bond loss.

I have no experience with customer service, however haven't needed to contact them!

It's fair to say, Angel Remy have just gained a new life long customer with their outstanding quality hair. Thank you for bringing my confidence back!!

Next day delivery took three days and the hair was matted after 1 wash

I’ve been having hair extensions since I was 20 & I’m now 51 so I feel like I know quite a lot about good quality hair & aftercare. These days hair is really expensive so I take more care than ever to follow aftercare advice. My hair is thin and I need a closure to cover a very thin patch of hair, it’s quite a difficult thing to deal with.

I purchased a lace closure from Angel Remy hair in February, although I didn’t have it fitted until March. It cost £175! ( although I had a 20% discount so paid £145). I consider this quite a significant amount of money for a lace closure & would expect it last 9-12 months. I have a weave and I have it taken out every 8 weeks and redone. The closure has shed so much my bald patch now has a bald patch!

I contacted Angel hair and they were rude and blunt as others have said. They said I would’ve needed to contact them within 30 days but if the issue arises after this what are you meant to do? They remarked that I’d had the closure for 19 weeks which is fair enough but in terms of fit for purpose I’d expect it to last longer than that!

One aspect of a product being of satisfactory quality is durability, in other words how long it lasts.

Durability takes into account many different factors like product type, brand reputation, price point and how it is advertised. For example you're unlikely to be able to claim a cheap kettle that's stopped working after four years isn't durable. Whereas a more premium and expensive kettle that's been well looked after and has stopped working after 14 months could be considered to not be durable, and therefore not of satisfactory quality.

I’ll be taking this to small claims because those who use or fit hair extensions need to take a stand against poor actors like this. Happy to take the money for a premium product but won’t offer any support when things don’t work out! Happens too often and they get away with it!

I have been using Angle remy quality for the pass 8_9yrs on my clients as am a hairdresser and an extensionist and I can tell u its amazing quality if u look after it in a genuine way bcoz must of my client do nt want other brand except the angel remy and I can vow that I hve seen must of my clients using same hair for more then 9mths_12mths some 1yr 6mths others well 7yrs they just top up their nanos.
I will say 13yrs experience in the hair Industry no man hw much a hair cost as long as u knw hw to look after any brand of hair u buy trust me u will get ur money worth am talking from experience..
In Leigh Hair Extensions Angel Remy brand we never have an issue with the qualities bt we do hve client who like to hammered anything on their hair without caution.. Following manufacturers care guide and having the right products with the proper ingredients is the best way u can care for a hair and also prolong the hair lifespan..

This makes me very sad to write. I am a hair extensionist in the UK. I have used Angel Remy Hair for years and never ever had a problem.

However the last batch of hair I ordered for a client has been terrible. I ordered 200grams of 22-24inch blonde super weft which cost my client hundreds of pounds just for the hair alone. The extension hair didn’t even make it through one wash.

My client is very well educated on how to maintain hair extensions and only ever uses sulphate free shampoo and conditioner, she also doesn’t use purple shampoo on the extensions as instructed by Angel Remy (even though there are plenty of sulphate free purple shampoos around)

We sent a complaint 2 weeks after the hair was fitted, we didn’t receive any reply so I had to prompt the company on Instagram to respond as I knew we only had 28 days. We then got a response asking us to send the hair back and fill out the complaints form they had sent over.

However within this time frame I myself had gone into early labour and our baby was put onto neo natal ICU unit so as you can imagine I didn’t have the time to send off the form however we had sent the hair off.

I received a very short blunt email to say we hadn’t adhered to the rules as we hadn’t sent the form off and they had noticed there was purple shampoo on the extensions.
I emailed back to explain why we hadn’t sent the form off and the patch of purple shampoo that was about 1pm diameter was one drop that had dropped from when my client had washed the top of her own hair with purple shampoo not from washing the extensions in it.

My response clearly wasn’t good enough, I then got an even shorter blunter email to say basically tough luck there’s nothing they can do. I then asked could we not at least swap the hair for like for like and try again? I then got NO RESPONSE. So I emailed again to say I assume the lack of response means no resolution. To which they replied we have sent your hair back to you. That’s it.

It does not sit well with me that me 21 year old client now has to fork out another few hundred pounds for more hair so I have decided to replace the hair for her out of my own money however we will now be using a more reputable supplier.

It has been brought to my attention that Angel Remy no longer have the original owners running the business and after a legal dispute they had to rebrand so I assume the newer hair that is poor quality now isn’t coming from the same factory maybe.

Whatever is going on I am greatly saddened that very loyal customers can be treated this way.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would.

I have used angel remy for a year now and would never go back! There customer service is outstanding there so polite and always happy to help no matter what, and the hair is unreal quality especially for blondes 🩷

I normally don’t take the time out to complain about products but I think this is quite relevant now.
I’ve been using this brand for many many years and the last batch of hair extensions I used eight months ago I found they dried out so quickly .The colour run straight away you can see it when you wash your hair and they got so knotty the quality was very poor. I then took the risk to buy another 250 extensions thinking I got a bad batch as it can sometime happen but only for it to happen again after a matter of 2/3weeks, I aways use the products that they recommend, but it’s definitely poor quality hair right now. .I have had extensions for over 20 years , my fitter has been doing my hair for over 6 years whist using this product and she has seen a massive difference in the quality of extensions. It’s really upsetting because they are expensive hair I spend hundreds for the hair to look so poor after 2 weeks .

I have used angel remy hair in the past and never had any problems. This time however the hair was really poor quality. I sent the hair back as i had to have the weave removed after 4 weeks as everyone was commenting on how bad it looked. I have been told that its the products im using thats the problem. I find this strange as its the same products as ive used before and never had issues. Bad hair and bad customer service avoid this company for hair extensions

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely awful hair and shocking customer service. Hair is knotty and absolutely rubbish quality. Paid over £300 for this hair and after having it in for only 2 weeks asked for a replacement, to be told they cannot refund or replace because it has already been dyed. I dyed it in hope it would improve the quality and can honestly say it was shocking before and still shocking now. The person who replied to me was rude and does not care about their customers. Do you not waste your money on this company. After reading the other reviews I can see I’m not the only person to think this.

Shocking hair. Tangles and knotty half an hour after been washed and styled, when you brush it because it’s so knotty it sheds. Was told it was out of their hands as it’s passed the warranty time. Would not recommend buying this hair, it’s absolutely rubbish.

Terrible service from start to finish. Have to physically sign for your order - even though the website asks you to add notes if ‘not going to be in’. Infuriating experience as still haven’t received my order.

The owner is also extremely rude. Don’t waste your time or give your money to this brand.
