Was a bit worried at first because it was first time buying hair extensions on line they just email you to say they are processing your order it does say 2 to 4 days to come but I emailed them and they replyed straight away so but my mind at rest I love the beauty works cherry red been trying for ages to get the right red thank you angel hair I’m really happy with hair texture and colour be having them put in for Xmas great price as well thanks again will defo be ordering again

No really delivery communication and unable to track my order , which I started to worry about as it had been 7 day and still no order but it then arrived . everything else was great the price and the hair so I will definitely use this company again

Thanks so much for your review. We state 2-4 working days for delivery and I can see an attempted delivery after 4 days but in the end it took 5 working days, so we apologise for the delay on this occasion and will aim to get a faster delivery to you next time :)

Amazing hair…
I ordered hair from Angel as my usual supplier had sent me was a horrible colour. To say my client was happy is an understatement. The hair is amazing and the blonde is one of the nicest iv seen.

I ordered some of the AHE branded extensions and I'm really pleased with them. The quality is amazing and they were shipped very quickly. Also they were a reasonable price so will order again.

Really disappointed in my 24 inch weave
Really disappointed in my 24 inch weave hair extensions that I purchased back in may the last order lasted over a year this time I contacted the company due to hair really malting and becomes knotted very easily the company’s reply was they now only last 3-6months rather then the 12months plus as stated when I brought them. They are not cheap at over £320 and already having to re purchase else where do to the hair being very poor quality will not be buying again from this company nor will my clients in future.

We are very sorry to hear of your experience with the Beauty Works hair extensions not meeting your expectations. The issue was with the quality of the Beauty Works weave you ordered from us which has a lifespan of 6-9 months (as stated on their website). I'm sorry you were told 3-6 months as this is inaccurate. In instances of quality control issues we would then send the hair back to Beauty Works for testing and aim to get new hair sent out to you. We did try to contact you to resolve this issue. Please get in touch with us to enable us the opportunity to fully rectify your complaint.

Thank you for your feedback. It states in our terms and conditions and on our returns form that there is a 10% restocking fee for retuned items. By placing an order on our website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Returning items to a business incurs costs, hence the restocking fee.
