Easy to communicate with, good service and good price. Had my windscreen replacement in matter of days. Happy to recommend!

I am not sure why their ratings are so low—my experience was excellent. They responded quickly to my query, arrived on time, and provided a professional service. Communication was clear and fair. They even pointed out a low coolant level, which was not part of their job while replacing my windscreen. On top of that, their prices are unbeatable. I would highly recommend them.

1. Incompetent: broke windscreen wiper arm whilst removing it to replace windcreen
2. Dishonest: came to our doorstep and demanded payment for windscreen replacement before we could inspect the car. They did not let us know that they had broken the windscreen wiper arm and only admitted to this when my husband went to actually check the car before paying
3. Rude and unprofessional: ignored all communication, refused to acknowledged their mistake and to pay for work which we had to have done to fix the damage they caused
Avoid!

Torn dashboard.
We agreed the Dashboard would be repaired by themselves after it was torn on the removal of the windscreen. As long as it looks as good as new & job refunded. We thought that would suffice as the other option is to replace the whole dashboard.
They attended today 25/08/24 to fix the tear, we cab still see it. The boss handed us £100 only. I am leaving this review as there doesn't seem to be anywhere to report them, other then small claims court.! Not happy

Not sure why they are rated a bit low here, but they have stellar reviews on Google and my experience has been very good. They just replaced a window on my car and the service has been speedy and very professional, communication has been straightforward too. Also the best price by far among the ones I contacted for a quote for the window replacement I needed.

I urgently needed the glass roof in my car to be repaired before going on holiday. Andy accommodated me on a short notice. They also repaired a chip on the windscreen. So reliable and fast service. The price was good as well when comparing to other places.

Terrible Customer service and communication, glass was supposedly going to be ordered, when ‘Andy’ happened to forget to place the order so I was forced to wait another 2 weeks. When communicating with Andy, poor customer service and understanding of the setback he had put me in. Would not recommend at all!

Windscreen chip repair experience: contacted Andy windscreens to repair two windscreen chips, one of about 1cm size and another of about 0.5 cm size.

Pros:
- the repair done was very good, the 1cm chip became almost invisible after the process , you really have to look carefully to find it.
- communication with them was very prompt, after contacting them they came pretty quick

Cons:

- I wanted treatment on two chips (a 1cm one and a 0.5cm one) the worker stated that the small chip "is not worth being treated" so only the large one was treated, okay thanks for deciding for me I guess.
- Charged me £70 quid for just one small chip, man how foolish not asking how much BEFORE the treatment. There was a halfords store 5 minutes from me that would have done this for £40 I honestly thought maybe I'll receive a better service and instead I received: one chip treated with a helluva price and one chip untreated at all, thanks Andy Windscreen Repairs.

I am still leaving two stars because the chip was treated very well, I'm taking three stars out for being screwed over, I don't like being screwed over especially in a recession where we start counting every penny :)

Very poor service. Very impolite and rude attitude. Can’t even measure up windscreens properly
