Really happy with service from AVG, i had to change the date and they were extremely helpful, today Ryan K came out to repair my screen and was very professional and polite, great guy with excellent customer service, Thank you

Having been mucked about by a number of companies who couldn't come out to do this if rain was expected, young Jordan came out to Bath and had it sorted in no time! I'd sourced a used tailgate with window intact, so he had to remove that first, before fitting onto my car. He did it with confidence and professionalism - All the gear and completely got the idea! (According to my not easily pleased husband 😉). 10 out of 10.

First. The woman on the telephone was rude and screamed so loudly I couldnt be heard! Not acceptable!! Upsetting and not called for. We were the ones messed about! Windscreen replaced but although pleasant the engineer didnt reconnect wires for headlights. Had to take to local VW workshop. All in all whole experience not to be recommended.

My insurance company contacted National Windscreens who sub-contracted A.V.G. Windscreens. I had a small chip on the windscreen on a Peugeot 2008.

I found the service excellent. I was emailed in advance of the appointment date provided by National Windscreens. A.V.G. called me on the morning of the appointment date to confirm the afternoon arrangement. Ryan arrived on time and replaced the screen. He was a pleasure to deal with. Based on my experience I would recommend AVG.

Efficient, fast, helpful, kind, professional and so much more. I started to panic as our MOT is due next week. The windscreen was damaged and needed to be replaced before the MOT. I did not need this and was super stressed knowing that it will fail MOT and was concerned that I would not get an appointment to replace the windscreen in time. However AVG arranged for the replacement within a few days and a delightful Ryan K has just completed the work. Well within time for the MOT - THANK YOU SO MUCH

absolutely disgusting customer service. Had my car booked in for today 30th May to get my windscreen replaced.
Got called up at 12:30 to tell me they have has “van problems” and couldnt get to me today.
They advised they could book me in for the following day 31st May until they realised they have no more stock of the screen and cant get to me until Monday.
I understand these things happen, but what i dont understand is the disgusting attitude from the staff. The whole entire phone call there was not a single apology nor did they even try to sympathise. I specifically dealt with a woman named Joy.
All she did was just say “well you can have a refund” , there was absolute NO customer care at all. It was almost as if she couldnt be bothered.

Its hard to be an understanding customer when you dont get any customer care from the staff or even a single apology for the inconvenience.

Ive requested for a full refund, so we shall see if i even get that back in the next 5 working days.

Highly do NOT reccomend purely due to the lack of care from their staff.

Your hold music states your customers are important to you… how ironic.

Used AVG Windscreens to replace my BMW’s windscreen — complete nightmare.
First screen was defective. Second came with a chip, trim left loose, and calibration was done with a 3-mile, 11mph drive — totally inadequate.
ADAS system still shows a fault, and they refuse responsibility, blaming unrelated issues.
Now I have to pay BMW to fix their mess. Unprofessional and careless. Avoid.

Big Dave came out and sorted our van super fast and super well. Very happy with the full installation. Will recommend!

Within 24 hours of booking, I have a new well fitted rear windscreen. Less than half the price of other company quotes.
Big Dan was polite and knowledgeable. Work was completed and all broken glass cleaned and removed.

I’m an emergency frontline worker and I can not thank this business enough for helping me out when I sustained a substantial stone chip on my car.

They were kind, efficient and extremely good at what they do. I believe this is a family run business and it shows. I really can’t thank them enough for sorting my car out ready for its MOT.

Efficient,polite,tidy,turned up at time agreed..would highly recommend!

Appointment made for 9am to 5pm. Turned up 8pm at night. Rushed the job. Screen fitted on the Tilt. Black glue substance all over the boot paint work and interior panels of car. Left large container full of waste in my parking bays. Glass all over the brand new block paving parking bay. Would not recommend. Not the cheapest fitting company either.

Excellent service and the price is second to none.The rear screen was fitted in no time and the engineer cleaned up after the job.I recommend this service to everyone.

These guys were brilliant! I needed the windscreen doing urgently and they got it done.price was fantastic. The young lad doing the job was excellent.had it done within an hour.i couldn't praise these guys enough.will definitely be my go to.

Arrogant and utterly ignorant.
No customer service at all.
Staff clearly believe they are something important and when being spoken to clearly have no manners or consideration for anyone but themselves.
Certainly wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company.

My windscreen was originally supposed to be replaced on Tuesday but the driver called in “sick” then they rearranged for Thursday. The driver got to the location of my van and came up with every excuse under the sun as to why he couldn’t replace it and every time I challenged the excuse he came up with a new excuse. This has left me unable to work and at a big loss of money as I’m self employed. I then asked to be put through to the manager but whilst on hold they apparently refunded me which I’m not sure is even true yet as hasn’t reached my bank but when I got through to the manager he didn’t have a clue what was going on and basically said there’s nothing they can do.

Out of nowhere had a massive crack in my windscreen and unable to drive my car. Was quoted over £1000 by auto glass who told me that ‘calibrating the window’ would cost £420 on its own. I rang AVG and spoke to Joy who was extremely helpful and friendly. The whole job cost half of what auto glass wanted so I was extremely happy. They came to my house and did the job on the drive. The lad who came to do the work was friendly and explained the work to me and was really quick and tidy. Really happy with the work. Always search locally don’t just go straight to the big firms. Thank you again. 10/10 would recommend.

Window technician Ryan J provided a great service. Top bloke and done an excellent job.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Day for fitting cancelled which I understand fully as the guy was sick. I was then assured they would come first thing today as I had a funeral. Upon calling to confirm this morning was told it is booked for 2pm today. Rushed back from funeral had a missed call to say they have moved my booking to tomorrow. I’m not available tomorrow. I’ve asked for full refund , still need to get a windscreen and I’m told my money won’t be with me until 5-7 days when it’s also Christmas and other expenses.
