Still waiting for my wine fridge to be delivered.... after having zero say in my initial delivery date (and having called in to try to reschedule, and receiving pushback) I then rearranged my weekend to be present for the delivery.

The delivery team then decided to not deliver to my home (came to the wrong neighborhood entrance, didn't call me, didn't try the main gate) and after waiting an hour I had to call to find out they weren't going to deliver my goods.

I then confirmed on the phone a new delivery date, only to find out they decided that they weren't going to deliver on that date. Now rescheduled for another week out, but TBD if that happens.

If your business is choosing to use AM Home Delivery service as a delivery vendor, I highly suggest you think twice. I am exploring the ability to cancel my order and source a different wine fridge based solely on this delivery experience.

I had a decent delivery experience, with minimal issue. I ordered a Rocco fridge, they are partnered with AM for the fridge deliveries. I was notified that the fridge had arrived at the local delivery terminal 4 days ago, and to expect a phone call/email regarding delivery at least one day prior. I received a phone call, text, and email regarding my scheduled delivery for today, asking me to confirm. I confirmed the delivery, and ~20 mins later I received another round of communication from them stating that the delivery window had slightly changed, and asking me to confirm again. I gave them a call to confirm that the delivery would take place today, and they also confirmed all of my contact information. They let me know that I will be notified via phone call and text when they are en route with the fridge, and ~1 hour out.

This morning, I received one automated phone call- stating that they were 20 mins away with my fridge. I did not receive a text afterwards. They arrived on time, and brought my fridge into my home. I did not have any issues whatsoever outside of the communication concerns, and thankfully i WFH so I have some flexibility with being able to schedule around the delivery.

Worse company none to man. Took over a month still haven’t got it. and now I have to drive 3 hours away because they can’t call my number to call me to confirm the delivery. No one knows the location of a single warehouse genuine wastes of oxygen 0 stars

AM Home Delivery is so bad at its one job that it should be studied by business schools. How a company can fail this spectacularly, and this repeatedly, at its core service and still stay in business is one of the great mysteries of modern commerce.

It took six attempts and three months to deliver one refrigerator they already had in their possession. Drivers arrived without calling, sat outside, and left. They sent a crew that could not complete the delivery. They showed up on a day we had explicitly told them we would be away, for a window we never confirmed. They repeatedly told us deliveries were confirmed when they were not. They no-call no-showed twice, leaving me sitting next to slowly thawing chicken thighs after I’d emptied our old fridge. Their customer service hung up on my wife more than once, and our multiple requests to speak with someone with more authority (or competence) were completely ignored.

But the six attempts are not even the real story. The story is the implausible incompetence at every single touchpoint, as though there were an internal bonus structure rewarding the worst possible outcome for the customer. If you told me I was on a hidden camera show testing how much patience a human being has with an inept “service” company, I would have believed you. And if we’d had no fridge at all while we waited, we would have starved before AM figured out how to do its job.

So let me be absolutely clear: if your order, your business, or your plans depend on AM Home Delivery at any stage, do not proceed. Find another path. Carrying the fridge on my back from New Jersey would have been preferable.

How this group of individuals pretending to be a company is still operating, I do not know. I sincerely hope the market corrects that soon, if only to spare future generations the pain of trying to get them to do the one thing they claim to do.

This is the WORST delivery experience in the universe. Horrific company, horrific Indian customer service, completely incompetent fools! They rescheduled my delivery without my authorization. SO MANY mistakes! It is just bizarre how much of their own time and resources they have wasted just trying to make things right. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!

Literally confirmed multiple times for my delivery and made adjustments to my personal schedule to have it be delivered when I'm home since they charge you if they have to reschedule your delivery. While waiting in my window I went to check where the truck was located and they rescheduled me for next week without even notifying me of the change. This is SO unprofessional and I'm calling to cancel my order for a refund because I cannot deal with such a miserable company

Not good but also not the most awful experience I've had with a shipping company. Ordered from AJ Madison. They were great. This company fails. Communication is horrible. Their automated message doesn't tell you that you MUST confirm the shipping date even though their VM message said to call if the day and time doesn't work, nothing about needing to call if it does. Well, I didn't and received a message later that the delivery had been cancelled. That's literally all it said. No further info, so I had to call. Delivery was scheduled between 5:30 pm and 9:30 pm. Super late and not crazy about that but OK. Day of delivery got a phone message that they were 30 minutes away. The call came in at 4:00 pm. I happened to be available but if I had not, would they have declared a failed delivery and made me pay for it even though they were an hour early? I assume so. The delivery drivers said they didn't speak English, which I believe was a lie. While I was plugging in the appliance to make sure it worked, they left and didn't take the boxes. I'm going to use the boxes in my landscaping but if you don't want them, watch the drivers like a hawk and make them take them.

I had to deal with this delivery service only because it is the one that AJ Madison uses. Waited six weeks for AM Home delivery service to deliver a washer. Their excuse? They themselves had to wait for a delivery! When they finally brought up my washer, they said they could not install it because my valves were too old. I then had to contact a plumber to do the job. When this was accomplished, I could not call them because the voicemail box was full for the two numbers they gave me. Of course, AJ Madison would not help. After one week I was finally able to locate another number. I had to wait a few more days and pay an additional $150 for the delivery guys to come again (Fernando & Anderson were nice, but barely spoke English, which made communication about the valves or the date of their return excruciatingly hard).

Cannot emphasize how bad this company is. I ordered an item 5-6 weeks ago, still waiting for the delivery. Multiple phone calls without any solution. Drivers that cancel because they are ''tired''. Terrible customer service, not even being able to be transferred to their manager. I do not recommend buying anything from a company that works with them

They do not communicate with me. They do not set times for delivery and just expect me to stay at home all day. They move the delivery date around without communicating. I had to call 4 separate times due to the lack of communication. They are miserable. If a company contracts with them, use a different company if you ever want your item delivered.

DO NOT HIRE AM HOME DELIVERY AND TRUCKING.

AJ Madison hired this company to deliver and install my new 48" Dacor refrigerator, and it was an absolute nightmare. They left after completing only about 25% of the job and completely vanished. They never came back to finish the installation. I have called them multiple times since, and they still have not called me back.

To make matters worse, they left the front door to my house wide open, which is a massive safety and security violation. They also dumped all the installation trash and packaging thrown all over my driveway like it was a landfill. I ended up having to pay a separate company out of my own pocket to come and finish the installation they abandoned. I am demanding a full refund for this disastrous service.

They are unprofessional, lazy, and a complete liability. Save yourself the stress and avoid AM Home Delivery at all costs!

I placed my order on Aug 27th and things moved smoothly. When I would go to check on my tracking status it would be 2-3 days apart which made sense. I will say it sat at the terminal for about 8-9 days but I didn’t mind because it still put my order in the expected delivery window. It said my bed frame (which i ordered through AFA Stores) was expected to be delivered on September 10-16th. I decided to check the reviews of the delivery company (AM Home Delivery) while it sat in the terminal and oh my gosh. I thought I made a detrimental mistake… the reviews were awful. I literally started to freak out and debated cancelling my order altogether with what I read. I started to actually panic that I may not get my bed frame because some of the reviews stated that they had to cancel their order. I called AM Home Delivery and the woman i spoke to was very nice. Im sure I annoyed her with my calls, but with the reviews i read- I thought I was dealing with a horror show of a delivery service, so i wanted to stay on top of things. I called her first on September 10th and she told me they were working on a route to my area and scheduling a driver. She confirmed all my information. I called her every day through my delivery window because I was so worried with the reviews. I was never put on hold and she was so kind and made sure to let me know they have all my information and will call me soon. She did not lie! About 30 minutes after my last phone call with her i got an automated phone call scheduling my delivery! Now- it was due September 10-16 but it arrived on September 18th which worked best for me anyways since it was my scheduled off day. So no problem there! The delivery drivers called me and kept me updated on their arrival and the bed frame was delivered in the time frame they gave me! They were so sweet and kind and even helped me and my fiancé get it up to our apartment! I honestly think it depends on your location and the drivers who pick it up from the terminal. Because my experience was FAR from any terrible review I read and im happy with that!

I received a call the wknd before delivery and was told delivery would be between Tues and Thurs of the coming week. I asked several times to be sure it would definitely be between those days and was told yes. I was told they didn’t know which day, but it would be between Tues and Thurs. This was important as I needed to travel for a family funeral that weekend. As I was assured of the days, I made plans to drive on Friday. On Weds I got a text that delivery was scheduled for Fri. afternoon. I immediately called and spoke to what sounded like the same woman who said oh, well that was just an estimate. I explained that I had verified repeatedly and why it mattered. She said oh well I’ll cancel and they’ll reschedule. No I said, I am leaving on a longer trip next week. The schedule can’t be changed she said. I asked for a manager to call me. I was told one would call before the end of the day. At 4:40 that afternoon I called again as I had heard from no one. I spoke to a gentleman who said I see the note for a mgr to call but there’s no update. I scrambled and made arrangements for my sister to accept delivery. Not only did your company fail to honor their commitment, but I didn’t even receive the courtesy of return phone call.

To add insult to injury, after I arranged for my sister and brother-in-law to be here when the stove was delivered, we returned from the out of state funeral to find that the delivery crew had left the carton/packing pallet in the middle of our driveway. Who does that?

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’m having a terrible experience with this trucking company. They been telling me for the last week my furniture is going to get delivered when it never has. Now on my delivery day, they gave me a window frame of 12:30, called me at 11:00 and then told me they were 5 minutes away. I then left work so I can let them into my building to then be told they are not coming anymore. They now are wanting me to pay a re-delivery fee due to them leaving. They are very unhelpful and a terrible business. I do not recommend ordering anything that uses this trucking company. Why give a time frame if it’s incorrect and then leave when I’m expecting to be called around that time and it’s earlier? Now it’s my fault that they messed up and won’t deliver my stuff.

Extremely Disappointing and Unreliable

This company promised delivery on a specific day within a four‑hour timeframe, so I rearranged my schedule and took the entire day off to be home. They repeatedly reminded me that if I wasn’t present, I would be charged for redelivery — yet on the morning of the delivery, they suddenly sent a message claiming an “emergency” and postponed the delivery to the next day.

I immediately called to explain that I had already taken the day off and could not take another one. I asked for an exact delivery time for the following day, and was told that their system doesn’t allow that — they could only provide another four‑hour window, as if my time and lost work were irrelevant.

I lost a full day of work because they failed to honor their own commitments, and they refused to acknowledge or take responsibility for the inconvenience they caused. Completely unreliable and absolutely not customer‑focused.

This company has 68 complaints at the Better Business Bureau unresolved .
This trucking/installation company has told me I met all requirements of my property damage claim. They called me and asked me to send more water pictures and I did. I was told by Lauren Mitchell I would get a call or email by the next day. That was 5 weeks ago. I can get no response whatsoever and will be filing this with the BBB. If you are working with a company that wants to set up AM Delivery ask for a different company . This company sent installers who speak no English- who laughed at me when I asked if they were going to clean up their trash.They did a terribly sloppy install for my refrigerator that ended up flooding my kitchen and ruining a cabinet. Does not abide by their own claim guidelines.
Save yourself the headache. I wish I could submit photos of how ridiculous the install was the created my water damage issue.

I had a great experience! As soon as my shipment arrived at the final terminal, my delivery was scheduled for the very next day and arrived within the time frame they provided.

The team was great, professional, and very fast. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I really appreciated how efficiently they handled the delivery. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them!

David & John were very professional and ensured the delivery was done correctly. They knew I had a previous engagement and did everything they could to ensure I was able to make my commitment.

They barely spoke English, which is a problem for me when I'm tryig to communicate to not destroy my brand new red oak floor. They handtrucked the giant ass fridge in on the handtruck wheels with no protection under it, so watch out, I was OK and lucky end of day. When you deliver to high end property, you have to understand these 1st world problems, sorry call is racist or whatever woke nonsesne, but that's a fact with $5K+ appliances and just way it is. As mentioned by others here, they don't take the trash, they will leave it if you don't force them to take it. AJ Madison claims that is so that you can do returns if needed b/c entire package is required, but Lowes, etc. in past never left that mess. Not ideal.

What a rude and inflexible team at AM Trucking. Dispatchers and drivers were rude and inflexible. Never got the promised 1 hr courtesty call and then driver called from driveway and was told to leave after 10 min. I deal with ArcBest and ACME all the time and have never been treated like this. My Order was from ShopAppliances.com and I waited over a month for a 10 min. window. Absolute JOKE of a company!
