stated as a carrier discount! Started out as a 445. delivery! Again, PICK another carrier!!!!!!! Total cost for small bike on delivery ended up costing $ 909.!!!!!!!!!! Quoted $425., $625., $799. and took $109.95 deposit out of our account !
I was called and asked to remove my review for a discount on future shipping. Not offered the refund of our deposit! Only a fool would consider this transport broker! I have screenshots of each transaction!

Please pay close attention. This organization is a complete fraud. They take your deposit. Tell you that there’s gonna be a delivery and they gaslight you for 2 to 3 days with emails. It’s a complete bait and switch. Stay the hell away. Sam and Eddie are all fictitious people it’s a complete fraud. They took my money. They never showed up and gaslighted me for days. It was horrible. My shipment was never made. I lost $1000 deposit on one of the receiving end. It was horrible.

First, the statement about a $1,000 deposit is not accurate. The actual deposit paid was $125, which was used to initiate the dispatch process and secure available carriers.
Our team actively worked on this order and presented multiple driver options (3–5 carriers) within the requested timeframe. Some of these options were not accepted, and in certain cases, we did not receive a timely response from the customer to proceed with scheduling.
In the auto transport industry, timing and communication are critical to securing a driver. Delays in confirmation or response can result in missed opportunities with available carriers.
We strongly deny any claims of fraud. KeepMoving Logistics is a legitimate business, and all services, terms, and processes are clearly communicated to customers in advance.
If the customer is willing, we are still open to reviewing the case and working toward a resolution.

I do not recommend KeepMoving Logistics. I chose them based on price and this Trustpilot website which unfortunately allows the company being rated to write their own review where KeepMoving Logistics claims to be professional and reliable. After receiving a quote for $245, paying a $100 and signing the contract, I was informed I owed an additional $349 dollars payable in cash or certified funds at delivery. When I called to complain, I was told every transport company operates the same way which is not true. I received several all inclusive quotes including one for $250, I asked several times if my deposit was refundable or if the total cost to me really was $449, not the $245 quoted. I'm still waiting on a response.

Scammer
The agent Harry initially agreed to ship my car for $250 and made me sign a contract and zelle $100 upfront. He told me that his driver would pick up my car in 2 hrs after the process. Later, told me that the truck broke and would pick my car the next day.
The next day he asked $950 saying that no driver was available for lesser. When I said NO and told him to cancel the contract, he asked me $200 to cancel the contract.
Finally, I was forced to pay another $650 to ship my car and that is 2 days after I was told. Later, I asked him to send me the receipt showing the full amount I paid for, he told me to write 5-star reviews in return, which I did not. So, he never sent me the receipt.

Scammers! After quoting me a price, they tried to pressure me into signing a contract and paying $300 deposit. The contract say the price is not guaranteed, and the pickup/delivery dates are not guaranteed. I asked about that and they said no one guarantees prices, or dates, but it would only be $50-70 more and I will find out the date after I sign he contract and pay the deposit. Reading other reviews, I'm glad I did not use these scammers!

Bait and Switch Practices. Dishonest Customer Service
On 1/22/25, I contacted Keep Moving Logistic to ship my car from Tacoma to Houston. I was quoted $825, incl. tax and that there were no hidden fees. There was no mention of this being an estimated price. I agreed to the price and the agent sent me a contract to review and sign. The cover of the contract stated the following: $150 when placing order and $675, cash on delivery. Total Tariff: $825.00 (no mention of an estimated price). The back of the page has lengthy terms and conditions, which include a statement that "While every effort will be made to confirm a driver for the estimated date and price, no guarantee of pick-up or delivery date can be made." I read this as they could not guarantee a delivery pick-up or date, but, before signing, I contacted my Agent to be clear this was not estimated. He confirmed in writing that it was not estimated.
Moments after I sent an email with the signed contract, I received a receipt that listed Door to Door Est. $ 825.00 and if I had any questions call or text. I immediately contacted my agent and questioned the "est" $825, and he confirmed to me in writing, my price was $825. The next morning, he called to arrange for a pickup and told me it would be $1445. I reminded him that I was quoted $825 yesterday and that he confirmed that was all I would have to pay. After much back and forth, he agreed to cancel my order & refund my $175 deposit. On 1/29/25 my agent sent a text saying that it would be another 2-3 days to process the refund. On 2/10/25 I called the General Manager about the refund. My calls were disconnected. I finally texted the General Manager that I would begin filing my complaints at 3pm if I did not receive the refund I was promised. The Manager texted back cautioning me not to forward my complaints because I had signed a contract and they had done their job, but he would contact his higher mngmt team to see if anything could be done. They claimed they sent me a refund but that was untrue. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which I learned had over 10 similar bait and switch complaints against this company. No refund was received, and I ended up driving the vehicle myself.

All shipping quotes in the auto transport industry are based on market availability and carrier confirmation, which can affect the final rate.
While every effort is made to honor the initial estimate, final pricing is confirmed only once a carrier accepts the shipment. When you chose not to proceed at the revised rate, your order was canceled, and a refund was processed as a partial refund per the terms you agreed to.
We also want to note that we maintain complete documentation of all communications, including confirmations and refund details. We take customer satisfaction seriously and never engage in any misleading practices.

This is my 3rd time using this company…
This is my 3rd time using this company and by far the worst experience this time around. I am currently still waiting on my car to be shipped to me the representative at keep moving and the driver are not answering my calls they have had my car since Tuesday 9/2 afternoon. I was told I would have my car yesterday 9/5 around noon and close to noon when I called them because they have not been in contact with me at all they then tell me the driver axle went out in STL not sure why they’re using trucks that has issues to start and that I would be getting my car today 9/6 at 4pm and now they are not answering and my car is supposed to be to me now. I will never use this company ever again it always seems to be an issue but this is the worst service ever.

We regret the inconvenience you’ve experienced, but we must set the record straight. The delay was caused by a mechanical breakdown with the driver’s truck, which was outside of our control.
Despite this, your vehicle has been transported, yet the agreed-upon balance has not been paid to the driver.
Posting negative reviews while refusing to pay is both misleading and damaging. We fulfilled our part of the contract, and payment is still due. If this balance is not settled immediately, we will have no choice but to pursue legal action and report this matter for collection.
