I am using this product since 2019 they claim its stop hair loss its not true.

Shampoo its not very good what ever they claim they do not have any evidence, but they are getting greedy and increase the price.

From £3.95 NOW its £7.95. Its not worth it anymore. Four pound increase with no Good reason. Just plane greediness. I will not buy these shampoo anymore.

I’ve made several trips to this store and the level of customer service there has always been up to an amazing standard. They also have an amazing variety of products and cater to everyone.

I had a great experience with Amsons. I’m based in Hong Kong and needed to order Thobes for my brother for Eid. I contacted them through their online chat system and the communication back and forth was quick & easy. The staff member (Waseem) helped me throughout the whole process, making sure everything was okay.

Overall, it was a smooth process. Will be ordering more in the future, inshallah.

Customer service worked with me to ship my order internationally when the website wouldn’t ship to my location! There was some issues and miscommunication regarding reserving pieces but it all was worked out in the end! I did have to consistently contact to make sure my order could be completed though. One of the items has holes where the tag is supposed to be which I thought was kinda odd but it was not a big deal. But overall when it was done , the package came very fast and the items were what I wanted so I’m happy with how it all turned out and I’m glad I ordered!! :)

I tried to purchase a juba my size was not available so asked the staff do you have it in my size they said I'll check after 20 minutes of waiting the staff member finally came it arrived and then I was told by the staff member I cannot open it to try it on I can only buy it

Amsons have a variety of quality products that one can choose from. Including prayer mats, tasbihs, Islamic books, abayahs, Jubbas, hijabs and delicious sweets. The customer service is excellent and are always willing to help with anyone. I recommend Amsons to whoever is in need of the above products.

I have never shopped at an online store that could care less about its customers. My order arrived damaged because they package breakable items in packets. There is a returns and refunds section in their website which serves absolutely no function at all. There is an online chat support feature where I managed to speak to someone about my problem twice and twice someone promised to send a replacement but twice lied and I have never heard from them again. They will get your order to you but don't care about how items are packaged, Don't care about you if items are damaged. Don' care about sending refunds and have no problems lying to about sorting things out.

After being let down by a vendor I ordered a last minute Eid outfit from Amsons. They advised me to use next day guaranteed delivery which I did. I got my abaya just in time for Eid celebrations and the quality is amazing. Will definitely shop more.

I’ve bought an item on 22nd march I payed for express delivery and waited couple days didn’t receive I contacted the refunded the delivery fee and they said I’ll receive items within next couple days I’m still waiting haven’t received my item

Hi went into Amsons today was followed by the worker which i found very uncomfortable left me really upset. Definitely wont be going there again. Its ment to be an islamic shop. Told the owner he was very rude. No customer service very bad experience 😕

Received my order really quickly which I appreciate but I didn't receive the correct items and was given another one. When I paid for 2 but had been given a worse alternative with no notes. I did email them but I'm yet to receive a response so I'm kind of disappointed with that since I was planning on giving those items as a gift.
