Neelam Trinkha did our very complex and tricky lease extension on our flat. She was relentless in getting the right documents, the right wording, chasing up and pursuing other parties involved. Her dudiligence was second to none Without Neelams involvement we would probably be still trying to complete the extension. Honestly, with the complexities, freeholder and processes they navigated means I have nothing but good words for them, I doubt most would have got it through. Both Geetha and Neelam have an OUTSTANDING habit of keeping in touch, whether they'd heard back or not, it just kept me completely in the loop.
