Our sectional couch was shipped after 5 weeks (in fairness, this happened during the pandemic so two extra weeks isn't that outlandish). All the pieces were correct and in good condition. My biggest frustration was their lack of communication--I didn't get a purchase confirmation from them until I reached out to ask for one, and likewise we didn't get a shipping notification and found out that it had shipped by calling in to check on the order. Due to all the BBB complaints and such, this made us nervous. Once it was in the shipper's hands, however, everything was communicated and proceeded as expected. So overall it's not a "scam" like some people have said, but you might need to be proactive in keeping track of a big order. Making sure that these notifications are sent out would go a long way in improving their image.

Must have cheap prices cause you never recive your order. Placed order June 17,2020 company does not answer calls or email. ...G.Dear

Ordered furniture in late April still haven’t received it. Keep telling me it’s on it’s way. Terrible service.

We decided to take a chance on this company and order a dining room table. Unfortunately, it took me about 2 weeks to open this box because we are currently remodeling our home. When I opened the box the paint from the table was chipped and peeling, the table also appeared to be used.(see pictures) I contacted the company and Anthony ( the owner of the company) answered the phone. Anthony advised me that he would get in touch with his supplier and see if they would be willing to "honor" the defect in the table. Anthony requested we send pictures, but advised me that the manufacture probably won't honor it because it appears to be the fault of the customer. We sent pictures to Anthony back in March.
I called back today because we haven't heard anything from the company. Anthony informed me that the manufacture wouldn't be replacing the table. I informed Anthony that the table was like that when it arrived and we should not have to keep a table that was damaged upon arrival. I also asked Anthony why didn't he provide us with that information sooner? Anthony went on a rant about COVID-19 and how California is on lock down. Anthony was very rude, at times got loud, and over talked me while I attempting to explain my problem. When I asked Anthony if I could speak with his manager he informed me he was the owner of the company and "I've already told you that we won't be replacing it". I asked Anthony for the number of the supplier and he told me I needed to look up the company via google because they've asked him not to provide their number to anyone. We were not requesting our money back, we just wanted the table replaced or at least the part that was damaged.

Anthony the owner is very rude, doesn't stand behind his products and blames his vendors when things are not right. Anthony will not provide any contact info for his vendors. Please be aware this is a scam!!! Do not buy things from this company.

Every card we tried to process our payment with came back as fraud. We then called AMB Furniture and they were extremely rude and clearly did not want our business. They offered no solution and recommended I buy somewhere else.

I received two pieces a sofa and love seat that did not match
The sofa color and texture looked faded
The legs and wood pieces didn’t even match
I have had the sofas less than 2 years and wood is chipped
It has sunken it

Horrible customer service. Received damaged furniture

We waited for a month for our furniture. When it arrived we discovered that the chairs are wobbly and the holes in the parts didn’t match with the other pieces so it is impossible to assemble. When we finally got in touch with a rep with AMB we were told that it was basically our fault for wrong assembly. This place is nothing but a scam. They took $1300 of our money and said we didn’t have a good reason to return.

Got excellent service when we tried to order over the phone , when we got out items it did take about 2 weeks but i live in Colorado, we had an issue with missing hardware and they were able to get me the parts i needs by mail. I read the other reviews and they are not a SCAM website you can get ahold of them by phone , and shipping does take time as it ships from their own warehouse in CA as the owner told me when i called before ordering, as i also read these reviews and did not have any bad experience.

Great delivery by Mike their warehouse manager, love the Sectional i bought took us a few weeks to get it in cause it was a Pre-order item and i didn't realize that when i ordered but it does show that online. Excellent phone service Kailtyn was very helpful

We have bought a bunk bed for the kids from AMB Furniture.

It was more EXPENSIVE than other options - but they promised a faster delivery compared with others, so we went for it. We asked a number of times and they confirmed it will be here in 2-3 weeks. It took 6 weeks. so they are UNRELIABLE.

When we called them, a guy answered the phone and answered my complaints by saying (I kid you not) "so, what do you want me to do, apologize?". Wow, HORRIBLE SERVICE COMBINED WITH RUDE CUSTOMER CARE.

Shop somewhere else.

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I paid almost 100.00 for a vanity to be shipped to me only to have received it with broken glass and no help at all from the store. I disputed it with my credit card company and this terrible store wants ME to pay to have it shipped back! The darn thing wasn't even 250 but is going to cost me way more just to get it out of my life. The person who I emailed back and forth with wanted me to take a picture of the broken glass when I let them know that If I even attempt to open the box the little pieces of glass will get everywhere and I have small children. This is a terrible way to do business. Shipping takes forever and the only reason why i even received it is because I opened up a case with PAYPAL. Several thumbs down.

The truck driver just dropped of my dinette set and sectional set. It is absolutely beautiful! My items I ordered are exactly what the description states on their website. It was very easy for me to place my order online and schedule delivery with freight service. Thanks so much!

AMB furniture is a SCAM!!! I received my furniture pieces and they were packaged horribly and several screw pieces were missing and the arm pieces of the chairs were uneven. When contacting them to send the missing and uneven pieces they were combative, defensive, and rude!! ANDDDD the packing slip had another woman’s name and address on it! After further investigation it was really a piece they bought as a clearance item and resold to me which is why they could not send the missing pieces or replace the damaging pieces. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL!

Literally 2 months later and furniture hasn't even shipped! See Yelp too. Dont fail for a "good deal" or you'll never get it.

Customer service was excellent, i tried calling early but their hours are limited so i had to call back during their open hours. Delivered my sofa inside the home but they use local delivery truck in Palm springs

I bought a Sofa & Bed from ABM furniture & I am very happy with my purchase :)

Saying my order has been cancelled but taken money from me. Now I cant get in touch with them!!!

When I rang to check on the order they were very honest and said that unfortunately they had found that the sofa I had chosen was slightly damaged and would I like a (more expensive) alternative. It was similar but not entirely to my tastes so I declined their offer and they instantly processed a full refund. They were very attentive throughout. If I had one recommendation for them they should send a confirmation email once the order has been placed, rather than me calling to check, but apart from that they were great.

I had a great experience with the customer service. My order was shipped out quickly and came with no damage. Their prices are great for products online. Shipping cost was extremely low compared to other sites.
