My new Red barrel sofa came today and it’s so beautiful. I love the grey color and style. The power motion recliners are so cool and relaxing to use. Cushions are very comfortable you just want to sink in and fall asleep. Very happy with my order here. Thank you

I went into their warehouse to see the fabric for my 6pc Hobson sectional and its exactly what I wanted. Got it delivered to my home and its so beautiful. The cushions are so comfortable and I absolutely love the style. Looks stunning in our living room. Thanks again

We purchased a new kids bunk bed set on this site. Shipping company was on time and brought all the boxes inside our home. I was able to assemble and put it together pretty quickly. Exactly what my daughter wanted and she loves it. Definitely, we will be back here to by more furniture for our new home. Thank you

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience started off positive, as their prices were much better for the item I wanted than I had found elsewhere . Initially they were very responsive... until one of my items arrived damaged.

I spent a total of $2933.00 for two sideboard tables. One of the tables came damaged, with an obvious crack in the paint/sealant right in the front and center of the table. I reached out immediately and sent photos of the damage. I received an email back stating they would let the manufacturer know and would be in contact with me ASAP. After nearly six weeks and several ignored emails and phone calls I finally reached Lisa on the phone. She put me on hold and then informed me that after speaking with Tony, they were willing to give me $100 in credit! ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! She informed me that if I was not happy with this as resolution, I could email Tony, as he is the person who takes care of things of this sort.

I emailed Tony and informed him that a $100 credit is not acceptable, seeing as the item arrived to my house damaged. I received a VERY snarky email back from Tony stating "This item is NOT DAMAGED, there is a hair in the paint." It is very clear that there is, in fact a crack and not a hair in the paint but he was insistent to keep arguing with me. He also gave me the option of "you can pay to have the item shipped back to be swapped out at our warehouse. Can you imagine what that shipping cost would be?!?!

As of the time of this review, over six weeks since receiving my item, I have still not received any resolution.

BEWARE of this company. The "customer service" (if that is what you even call it...) is inadequate, rude and will not work with you to make their wrongs right. They are crooks who do not care about customer satisfaction.

*Edited to add: I filed a complaint with the BBB. AMB was given two weeks to respond to several attempts from the BBB to reach them and they refused so my case was closed. I'm now stuck with this damaged furniture that I paid full price for with zero consequences to the crummy company who refuses to make it right. Tony and his team are CROOKS!!!!!!

Do not buy anything from them. They had false advertising on their website. The Picture of the living room set was much much brighter and lighter than the set that I received. It also was described as a color different to the set that I received. I contacted them immediately in order for them to return the furniture because it is not what I ordered or expected. The customer service was nonexistent and they tried to make me pay to have it shipped back to their warehouse and wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Thank God I ordered it with my credit card and I put in a dispute with my credit card company, won the dispute, And was able to get back all my money. This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering anything online. Stay away from these crooks.

I was just tried to purchase Deryn park 7 piece dinning set . But when i read whole review i decided to change merchant . It is very risk to spent money on risky place in place of two dollar chief things ,

I purchased a Cal. King poster bed from AMB back on July 12th of 2021, and to date have not received any information (unless prompted by me) in regards to any shipping dates. I understand what is going on with the shipping issues during covid but.... to blame the rudeness and snarkiness of their email responses (Anthony), I dont feel comfortable doing business with this company. They will pass the buck and blame everything on their shipping company or vendors, and worst of all attack you in their email responses. All I asked was for a delivery date back on late December 2021 for a product that is already more than 6 months delayed and he questioned my intelligence by stating if I knew the time difference between the email I sent out and the time he gets into the office. All I can say is awful customer service, and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL BE OUT YOUR PRODUCT FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. I could have bought this item at their competitors for the same price but opted for this one since it is closer to where I lived at the time. Very unprofessional here, run away.

I ordered 2 furniture 2 months ago I called them 3 times first they say May 2, then they say May 29, this is really a scam. After I asked for a refund, they only give me 12 dollars back, seriously. I pay 1,700, please report this page in google they are scammers, they have stolen all my money.

Zero star is probably right for this company, delivered damaged furniture and want me to return the furniture with me paying return shipping, by the way I had paid for the delivered items shipping so what in the world are you doing business, don’t buy from this company.. stay away!

I thought I would leave my feedback here. I see a lot of negative reviews about AMB. And I was really nervous because I already placed my order. So I was already prepared for the fight and trying to get a refund.
But everything went smoothly and pretty quick considering the COVID delays in general.

I placed my order on 9/27 Sunday

9/28 Monday my order had been processed/shipped

10/1 Thursday the shipping company sends me an email, stating they would contact me to schedule a shipping date.

10/8 Shipping company called and we set the date for delivery on 10/15.
Everything arrived in great shape and no problems.

So from the day I ordered to my front door was 18 days.
Now 1 of the boxes was missing 4 bolts, I have emailed them and they replied back same day and said they would ship those out from the supplier shortly.

WORSEN COMPANY EVER I BOUGHT A SOFA AND THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR 5 MONTHS AND WHEN ARRIVED IT WAS DAMAGE ALL THE WAY INCLUDING DIRTY AND NOT ALINE . I WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN WITH THEM. NOT PROFESIONAL NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GUY THAT ANSWERED THE E MAILS IS LIAR THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY STILL USING COVID AS AN EXCUSE WHEN EVERYTHING IS WORKING FULL TIME.

what a horrible experiance and customer service ,I order a desk that was expected to arrive the end of September , ,I was trying to call for few days and the line was busy ,when I finaly got a hold of them a person name Tracy answerd me in a very rude way and hang off the phone on me ,when I called back and asked to speak withthe owner 'after a long hold they said he is to busy and my ordered is canceled ,this business is a scam !!!

I ordered a dining set beginning of August and I reached out and Anthony said I would get end of August or early September. Then I reached out a second time and he said the end of September. I then reached out a 3rd time and he said late October. I then said I would like a refund because he said it was out stock and was waiting on chairs but when I purchased it the site said in stock. Anthony got defensive and said it didn’t say in stock but I had the picture proof. Then I got an email from AMB saying a refund was given. We didn’t get like $40 back from our refund which I don’t understand why not the full amount. They were then ignoring my emails. They are not liable. I believe they are a scam. Never doing business again with them.
