My latest purchase was in a BlackFriday sale. This company didn't disappoint again, the delivery was very fast and the boots arrived in top condition. I would definitely recommend buying from here. I've never had to return, so make sure you check your shoe size and you won't be disappointed.

Great products, good customer service
I was recommended to go for a bigger size and unfortunately was the wrong decision however the quality of the product and the customer service I have received has been great. Will likely purchase again at another point.

New boots
The postage for these items was fast and the items came as requested. Unfortunately after wearing them for an hour the heel tips became damaged. I contacted the company and they discussed what options were available to me. Very satisfied with the overall outcome amd the boots are really comfortable. I will definitely recommend them to others

Placed an order, had zero emails but money was taken 7 days ago, no response from customer service and I’ve called and left 10 messages.

Regarding your order, it was placed on Saturday, August 2nd at 00:20, with an expected delivery window between Tuesday, August 5th and Wednesday, August 6th. We have responded to your messages and discovered that the reason you did not receive any emails was due to an error when you entered your email address.
The calls you made were not answered because they were made over the weekend, and before we opened on Monday.
Your order was shipped on the earliest possible date, which was Monday, August 4th, and it was delivered to you on Tuesday.
We first received a message from you on Tuesday at 11:47, and we replied at 11:53.
We apologize for any disappointment you may feel, but we are uncertain about what more we could have done for you.

Amazing website that's very user friendly. I was able to locate the boots that I've been trying to find within seconds of searching on the store. Ordering was very quick and simple, with Alternative Footwear maintaining contact throughout the delivery process and giving tracked delivery as standard. Would highly recommend
