Would honestly recommend people to keep away from this company after 3 weeks still waiting for my order to arrive, my boots were supposed to arrive within 24 hours and still haven't. Ive emailed the company, rang them numerous times no answer and left messages, so ive come to the conclusion that this is a scam company and is now currently going through the bank for a refund thankfully ive paid on my credit card.

they delivered fast and the prices were great, plus there aren't too many places you can get demonia's in england so this place is great if you're into alternate styles like me.

Fast service and more important the sizes are spot on a size 8 is an 8 and not a 9 or 10 like on other web sites

I was already happy because I got to get some discounted Demonia's but the customer service was friendly, shipping was fast and my boots were perfect. I did have to return a pair because they didn't fit and that was sorted out with no issues

I got a great pair of heels on offer, the delivery was super quick and included in the price which was a big plus.

The email info I recieved once I order and delivery updates were also really useful and up to date.

If you think there’s a chance you may need to return any items, avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered three pairs of pleasers from Alternative Footwear because their prices were a bit lower than Polejunkie but this was a massive mistake. I struggled with pleaser sizing in the past so I ordered a few pairs to make sure I find one that fits and knew I’ll have to return the rest, which is never a problem with any well functioning company.

Their policy states you have 15 working days to open a return and another 15 to get the return to them. They highlight the importance of using a reputable delivery service to get the return to them as they take no responsibility for it.

I opened the return ticket and sent the package well in time to get to them. I paid £20 for Royal Mail special delivery to make sure it gets to them. The first delivery was going to be attempted just before the Easter bank holiday weekend. Royal Mail was instructed to not deliver to that address on that day. They tried the second time after the bank holidays, but because AF took a long Easter break, they were unsuccessful.

At this point I emailed the store to try to rearrange a delivery for a day they would be able to receive it, expecting a response when they reopened on the 10th. However, I’m being met with radio silence. I’ve sent multiple chasers, left voicemails, and opened a ticket through their website, but at this point I doubt their customer service department even exists.

Royal Mail re-attempted delivery again yesterday (16th) which was a working day when they should’ve been open - but the delivery wasn’t completed because no one was in.

If they do eventually receive it it will most likely be past the 15 day deadline, and I’m guessing they will refuse to give me my money back. Alternatively, Royal Mail will eventually return the package to me and I will be stuck with 2 pairs of shoes I can’t use.

Either way, this whole debacle will lose me a lot of money, so the tiny saving saving I got from their low prices was not worth it at all.

I have purchased some posing shoes. They have arrived with a significant number of crystals falling off. Offered me a partial refund as an option. Grateful for option but responses could be a bit quicker.
