Simon is a front foot player, he is proactive without being pushy (he followed up a Linked in post to offer Alphadog’s services), he listens carefully to the brief and has a nice way of telling you, the client, what you should be doing.
It is often only when something goes awry that you find out how good an organisation is. We had a false start with our initial choice who decided that our role wasn’t right for them. Simon kept in touch with the candidate after they started, fed back their concerns to us and then when they decided to leave Simon found several more really excellent candidates, as part of his undertaking to replace anyone who leaves within a certain period, so that we were spoilt for choice and have had our role accepted by someone who is a great fit and will be a real asset for us.
