As I was looking for the next role in my career, after finding an interesting position via linkedin and applied via the Alphadogrecruit website, I was contacted by Simon regarding the role and was provided with all the information including how to create a video CV and what the employer looked for in a prospective employee. The video CVs are a good idea to give the employer a way to see the candidate. supported by communicating with at every stage.

I met Simon through a Facebook post where I posted that I was looking for a job, he contacted me, after that we had a call where he explained the entire process that he would do to find a job for me, we set a date to record an online interview talking about my professional history, before the interview he gave me several tips and helped me see what would be best to talk about in the recording, with this video he was able to start looking for a job for me, a little over a month later he found an incredible opportunity at a technology company, I did the interview and got the job, I certainly wouldn't have gotten it without his help!

The way Simon conducts his screening interviews is perfect. He'll have a recorded chat with you about your CV, completely informal so your personality can shine through. This is then sent to your potential employer which I think is a great way of seeing if you'd be a good culture fit for the company. It's one thing to have the skills for the job but you need to be able to fit in seamlessly too and this is a great way of making sure that's possible. Simon also kept me updated every step of the way by giving me a call or email after every step of the interview process. There was no waiting around for a response, everything was progressed very quickly which is just what I needed!
