Alpha Contracts Leasing Limited Anmeldelser

Wanted to lease a Peugeot SUV and chose Alpha because they claimed to have cars in stock in a choice of colours. Signed all of the papers and agreed the deal, but no car was forthcoming. After much chasing, it transpires that the car was not in stock and that I would have to wait a further 5 weeks to get the car. I cancelled my order. It was doubly inconvenient as I had sold a car to make way for this lease car. Having just read the reply to this review, should I be amazed that the reason my (in-stock) car wasn't available was down to Peugeot UK, COVID and a shortage of semiconductors?
The shortage of semiconductors, or microchips, only affects car production at the factory. It has zero impact on a car which is claimed to be in stock.
COVID has become the go-to excuse for just about any failure, and Peugeot UK are blamed for added impact. The simple fact is that the car in question was described as 'in stock' and I was given a choice of colours. That was a blatant lie.

Alex was fantastic!!! She was very efficient and professional throughout the whole process - she responded to all my queries in a timely manner which was extremely helpful as this was my first time leasing a new car.

Cannot recommend enough! We had never leased a vehicle before so made lots of enquiries (as you do) with different companies; most of which gave us the 'sales talk', constant calls and offers that were then 'unavailable'. Not Alpha Contracts; they are highly professional, no sales banter, transparent, upfront, straightforward, polite, professional and no hidden extras / admin fees or pressure. Alex who dealt with our lease was thorough, updated us in a timely manner, always answered our questions and was a pleasure to deal with both over email and telephone. The process was quick and easy, and because of that, we have used them again for our second lease hire!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Will certainly use them next time

We'd been looking for a car to lease for ages and finally came across this at the right price. Of all the agents we'd tried before, Alpha was the simplest, quickest and we found Amber Owen to be helpful, friendly and very efficient. Highly recommended - oh and the car is great too.

Great service from Sam and Amber. Made the whole process straightforward and oversaw delivery during lockdown
Highly recommended

Great experience from start to finish, firstly the price was very competitive and the response to queries was both outstanding in terms of content but more it was proactive! I would like to thank Amber particularly who made the administration seamless and supported me through the end to end process. Lastly the car was delivered when expected, clean throughout and quick handover which is an added bonus.

Was recommended to use Justine and could not have received a better service. Found me the ideal car, delivered on time even in heavy snow. This is the first time I have purchased a new car in several years, and she made the whole process very easy and stress free. I would definitely be recommending Justine and Alpha to friends and colleagues.

I have recently leased a car through Alpha Contracts. I have had great service from Alex who was always quick to respond to emails whenever I had a question, no matter how little. Would definitely recommend!

Having recently relocated back to the UK, I thought I may struggle to get the lease finance I was after but after contacting Alex @ Alpha contracts she was fantastic through every stage, communicating and providing updates throughout.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my next lease and would recommend Alpha to my friends.
