Alpha Contracts Leasing Limited Anmeldelser

Amazing service from Alex and the team! From day one inquiring about a quote to the day it arrived, Alex was always quick to reply to me with any questions I had, even replying late on Friday night! So helpful and such good quality service. Everything went smoothly. And I love the extras (dash cam etc) I received with the car, what a lovely touch. Thank you all again!

I have leased cars for myself and partner for almost ten years now and must say the experience I have received going through Alpha has been seamless and superior to the myriad of companies I have used in the past! A Special mention to Alex who has been a great help with 1st class communication throughout the process and couldn’t recommend them or Alex higher! Well done

My first time leasing and I was nearly put off the idea by another leasing company and then found Alex at Alpha.
Then from the time of searching for the vehicle through to delivery everything went smoothly on their side and I'm very pleased with the outcome
Thanks Alex .

Alex was very professional and efficient. She replied promptly to emails and was able to guide me through the whole process in a record time. She also offered assistance after the contract was signed and provided the information I needed. I strongly recommend Alpha Contracts. Well done and thank you!

Alex Bates has been fabulous and made the process easy and quick. very happy with her service!

Thankyou so much to Alex Bates the best experience I have ever had buying a car. My car arrived today and it love it. Usually I always find it so stressful and usually hate arranging a new car. Every email I sent was answered within minutes. Great service so friendly and a really good price for my car. Thankyou so much.

Alex Bates was very professional and helpful arranging a car for my son’s birthday. Excellent customer service.

From start to receiving my vehicle the service was top quality. Alex who was looking after me couldn’t do enough in helping me pick the right vehicle. Thanks again and top service all round.

Brilliant experience from this company compared to other leasing companies that I’ve used in the past. Great price, no hidden fees, quick responses to all emails with all questions answered!

From ordering to delivery, the staff were very helpful, prompt in responding and thorough. There were no hidden charges and the vehicle arrived as described. Will use this company again.

I’ve just taken delivery of my 2nd lease car from Alpha and am once again very happy with the car and service I received. Alex was able to get me a great deal, price matching where she could and kept me updated on progress throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Alpha again in the future

Thank you again Justine! We’ve now had over 10 cars through you at Alpha, personally and for work and you always come up trumps when we give you ideas of what we’re after. Whether placing an order or finding a special offer vehicle, you’ve always been such a massive help in the process of finding new vehicles, but also assisting with the return of the old ones! Until the next one...in March!! Many thanks!!

Great service. Alex was amazing and kept me up to date with delivery time. The process was quick and easy.

Great company to use for leasing a vehicle. The prices were really good and the process was very smooth, no pushy sales happening here! A special mention for Justine who helped enormously, I had never leased a car before and she guided me through the process with patience and professionism.

Very helpful and attentive staff with very fast responses. I was helped by Alex, Lynette and Rowena throughout arranging my contract and all three were more than happy to help at all times.
