Alpha Contracts Leasing Limited Anmeldelser

First of all, this was a fantastic deal. Everyone I had contact with was helpful and professional from the initial sales contact to the delivery driver. I would highly recommend Alpha Contracts to anyone.

Alex is brilliant! She helped me with my new car and my previous vehicle. Her customer service is amazing and she's always so helpful!

My last 2 lease cars have been through Alpha.
Alex B has dealt with both and always had excellent service.

Would highly recommend.

Recently took delivery of a new vehicle leased with the help of Alpha Contracts. I can say that Alex is very efficient and responds to querries promptly. As I am based in Northern Ireland I got the car delivered to the port at a specified time. Great effort by Alpha Contracts so far. Keep it up!

I have nothing but praise for this company and Alex in particular who has dealt with queries promptly from taking delivery (Nov '20) to handing back the vehicle (Nov '23). I would not hesitate to recommend Alpha Contracts as a result, they go out of their way to help and support.

I can not fault Alpha Contracts. The lady I have been dealing with Rowena has been so helpful throughout my journey, she has been prompt in replying and always very professional. I would highly recommend this Company!

This is the second time I have used Alpha Contracts and they have not disappointed! My account manager Alex Bates kept me informed throughout the whole process, everything was very easy and explained in detail, she always replies to my emails promptly with any queries I may have, even after delivery. I would highly recommend them!

This was our first car leasing experience after our vehicle had to be unexpectedly scrapped due to old age. We were most impressed by the service received from Alex B at Alpha Contracts which was exemplary.
After searching for deals on several comparison websites and firing off enquiries late on a Sunday afternoon, Alex had contacted us by 9.15 the following morning to check our specific requirements – other leasing companies failed to respond until much later that week and some the week after.
When it transpired the lead time for factory orders for our chosen make/model was much longer than we’d anticipated, Alex helped us source a stock car of the same, at a similar competitive price, despite this being in high demand and was able to arrange putting a hold on the vehicle while we deliberated overnight and then completed the finance application
The whole process was expedited exceptionally quickly and smoothly. Alex was easy to contact and responded patiently & promptly to queries & kept us updated on progress at every stage. We were offered a choice of delivery date from just three weeks after our initial enquiry and were delighted to take delivery of our new car and be mobile again so soon.
Alpha Contracts will be our first point of call when our contract expires in three years’ time.

This is the first time I have leased a car for my business and Alpha provided the best value for money solution. Alex kept me informed throughout the process and was very patient with my initial enquiries. Everything was handled logically, smoothly and on-time. Highly recommended.

Good advice and knowledge from Alex. Thank you!

From the initial call to look for a car to delivery it was easy fast with great customer service.
Alex dealt with everything and the speed at which we were able to secure the car, do all the paperwork was just brilliant.
Thank you

Hard to fault! The communication I had throughout the process of leasing my Tesla was second-to-none from Alex Bates and even after the car had arrived, she was still almost instantaneous in her replies for any other questions I had. Also, no admin fee is fantastic when so many other brokers charge one.

Had such an easiest smooth experience with buying our car. Thank you Alex for turning this around so quickly for us.

What can I say. An amazing experience from start to finish!

Special thanks to Alexandra Bates who was so helpful, proffessional and diligent. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex and her guidance (this being my first EV) was exceptional.

Couldnt recommend Alpha Contracts highly enough!

Having been somewhat messed about by another leasing company, I was forced to start again and in hindsight it was a blessing in disguise.
Alpha Leasing were both friendly helpful but most importantly professional and my new car was delivered bang on time.

Great service from Alpha Contracts.

No Problems, Stress free vehicle leasing from a first class company.

Many thanks to Alex and the team.

We have been using Alpha Contracts for years now, and their customer service has always been exemplary. Justine has been our go-to link and has always bent over backwards to accommodate us, find us a bargain, and hasn't once moaned about us (my wife!) constantly changing our (her) mind.

Great customer service from start to finish, first time leasing a vehicle on line but has been very simple and straightforward process. Alex has been brilliant keeping me updated and answering any questions. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Just took delivery of my new Tesla and I couldn’t be happier. Justine was absolutely incredible from my very first call to emailing me this morning to make sure I’m happy with everything. It’s my second time using Alpha and both experiences have been effortless. I cannot recommend her/them highly enough.
