Alpha Contracts Leasing Limited Anmeldelser

Absolutely first class, shout out to Alex Bates who was superb throughout, no question was too much to answer, in my opinion she went above and beyond. Overall I cannot fault Alpha in any way, totally happy with the service and the options available.

I recently leased a car from Alpha Contracts, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The service provided by Alex Bates made the entire process incredibly smooth. I was kept informed at every stage, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening and when. The response time was impressively quick, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The level of service was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with my new car. I would highly recommend Alex and Alpha Contracts to anyone looking to lease a vehicle. A truly seamless and professional experience!

Very easy to explore different cost options and car configurations. Nothing was too much trouble and James helped me through setting up the lease. Excellent communication from signing the lease agreement through to the car being delivered. And a competitive price too!

Great experience. I was liaising with Alex who was extremely helpful and reassuring. The process was very smooth and easy. Thank you!

After a lot of searching I found a deal and vehicle that I was happy to apply for. Alpha made things very straight forward and Alex, the account manager has been nothing but communicative, clear and succinct in her replies. Credit check and procedures were smoothly done even when electronic signing system failed. Alex and the team were top notch. Vehicle delivered on time one happy customer.

I've been dealing with James Conway on leasing a car for our business. The initial quote contained all the details needed (like P11d value, emissions) that is often left of quotes from other companies. The finance approval was quick and without fuss and at all stages, James has advised of the next step so that if an email from a 3rd party gets caught up in a junk/ spam folder you know that it's missing rather than wait to be chased. I will definately be contacting James again for future business requirements.

After being let down by two other lease companies, alpha contracts saved the day. In just under three weeks they sourced and delivered the car I was searching for. The whole process has been so pleasant and stress free and has restored my faith in the leasing industry. A massive thank you to Alex for all her assistance.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Alpha Contracts. They were the most competitive in terms of pricing for a 3 year private lease on my VW. Their service has been examplary from ordering to delivery. I was in the hands of Alex Bates, who communicated everything every well and kept me regularly updated. Hope they will be just as good when it comes to my renewal in 3 years.
