Idiots that come up with the lamest excuses and argue against absolute proof

These guys lost my parcel the first time, which they themselves confirmed and their courier service tracking was stuck at ‘left for destination’. So I decided to have my order redelivered with some changes in the order. When I received the parcel, I was a bit skeptical about the completion of my order as they have already messed up once, so I decided to take a video, and there were indeed 8 out of 12 items missing!
When I brought this up with then along with the video proof, they just refunded money for a pen missing in a set of 8 pens, and ignored the rest of the missing items.
When I nudged them more and told them to own up. These idiots argued that they had confirmed the weight of the parcel with their courier, like okay, then where’s the missing items. The weight of the parcel is anyway not a substantial proof, as it can just be fillers. Also they argued that the bottom of the parcel was not shown properly in the video, meaning it could have been tampered, to which I replied with a video that did show the bottom of the same parcel which had in fact not been tampered with. You’d think that’s enough proof. But nah, not for these thick-brained buffoons. Don’t even get me started on how many times they brought up the weight of the parcel again😒. These retards don’t know what substantial proof is and will keep arguing with the dumbest excuse they can come up with. But hold on, it gets worse. These guys decided to showcase just how low their IQ can go, and I’m sure it goes even lower, with an even lamer excuse.
They argued that I couldn’t have opened the parcel with one hand, they said and I quote, ‘This kind of evelope has equipped with a strong adhesive sticker stripe at the opening, this is a industrial standard, even you use 2 hands to open it in a few seconds, you will totally destory the structure of the envelope’.
Before which they said and I again quote, ‘In the video, you open the envlope with single hand with ease, according to our packing staff said, that is impossible to do unless the envolpe is opened before the video was taken’.
Assuming what they’re saying is right, then while opening the parcel I must have DESTROYED the structure of the envelope. Then how is it that there a literally NO SIGNS of DESTRUCTION in the video I provided other than the removal of the tape which can be seen and heard in the video.
There was no adhesive on the parcel other than a very normal tape. If I were to open it beforehand before applying the tape, just as these guys are implying, then as they said, it would have destroyed the structure of the envelope, and there are no visible signs of destruction.
These retards just contradicted themselves, i.e., PROVED themselves WRONG all by themselves😂.
And they are trying to scare me by saying their team and lawyer are always ready to provide evidence, like you think I would be scared if this is the dumb shit they’re coming up with.
Even a toddler could win against them😆.
They also brought up something wrong AND irrelevant.
They said that when I was trying to make a payment the first time, it failed, which they say increased THEIR risk of FRAUD.
First of all, the payment got cancelled because my card got blocked while trying to make the payment, for which I had to contact the bank. This means that the bank got suspicious of the account I was paying, which is THEM.
Also, this is not how frauds work, you can literally see in your credit statement whether you received the money or not, it’s the person that is paying that could be at risk, not the one being paid😒.
Lastly I said to them, ‘Also youre asking how you will know i didnt open it beforehand, that IS known UNTIL you can provide PROOF that it was in fact TAMPERED with, and point out EXACTLY WHERE and HOW. So you ARE in the WRONG, UNTIL you PROVE yourself RIGHT.’
They did not reply after this.
Basically, they did not provide a single substantial proof, and kept reaching higher heights of dumbness.
Their customer care, named ‘Isabella’ is an absolute retard by the way, good luck if you’re ever to start an argument with her🥱

Exactly as I said, these idiot have replied again with the same logic that I just disproved, which is that if opening the adhesive they said they used causes visible structural damage, then why the f can’t they point it out. Cause it’s not there, and they are dumbasses.
So good luck getting into an argument with these retards. Just file a dispute with your banks and let them handle it.
I couldn’t do that because it had been more than 3 months since the purchase as these idiots lost my order, and I chose redelivery.
Btw, I don’t want a refund from you broke losers, just wanted to put it out there for future buyers.
Also my first transaction failed due to bank suspecting YOU beef-witted dumbasses😒
Also their evidence is on the basis of THEIR staff and courier, like are they some kinda judge bro😂

Maybe I got unlucky

Up to 65 days for delivery, fair enough. After roughly 80 days and not even any news about my delivery I tried to contact the company and got no answer. When I contacted them about getting my money back they responded the very next day, very strange. And suddenly my package was on the way and I received it just a week after.

This is my experience and I might have gotten unlucky.

The pen I've been searching for

I work at a school and I've been trying every multi-colored pen I could find, and they are all, without exception, scratchy crap that stops working before the ink is anywhere near used up. These gel pens write so, so smoothly. The only fault I have with them is they don't have a touchscreen stylus tip like my crappy multi-colored pens, and they were damn difficult to find. But now that I have found them, I couldn't be happier. The price was good, and shipping was decent being they're from overseas. Great store, happy customer.

Au départ j'ai choisi A Lot Mall parce que l'entreprise était la seule à avoir toutes les couleurs disponibles dans la gamme de stylos gel que je souhaitais, de plus j'ai trouvé que le processus de commande était vraiment facilité, pas d'inscription obligatoire à des applications non souhaitées etc. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le suivi de la commande avec un suivi régulier de l'envoi et le contact client qui m'a même proposé un remboursement de frais de port inutile. Après réception de mon colis je peux ajouter que je suis 100 % satisfaite par la qualité du service, produits conformes à la commande, qualité de l'emballage, du suivi au point que j'ai refait une commande immédiate avec un bon de réduction proposé par A Lot Mall !

It is an affordable option compared with express shipping, but it takes longer to arrive, as the day shown on checkout, because it is shipped by sea. Very slow shipping even though I opted for expedited

I can only comment on the fact that the item took 20 days to be received by the recipient. I paid for expedited shipping (7-10 days) which usually means the item will arrive in 7-10 days. The item was shipped (from Hong Kong?) on the 10th day and was received by the recipient on the 20th day. Deceptive advertising. The item was a gift for our niece's birthday so I can't comment on quality, etc.

Works well on plastic and baking sheet, but no on aluminium (at least the type I use). Very fast delivery and friendly customer service. Recommended!

Quality Goods from A Lot Mall

My grand-daughter loved the papercut shadow box that arrived just in time for Christmas. It is even better than I imagined, encased in plastic with a remote control and various light settings. The image of wild horses beneath the moon is one that would delight any horse-lover.

Good website to buy stationary items

I ordered some single mildliner highlighters from here because I wanted to choose specific colours that didn’t come in packs. The shipping was really cheap (about $2 to Canada) and the package arrived in just 2 weeks. All the mildliners I bought were delivered and they were legitimate which is something I worried about so that’s great. Customer service replies fast to emails and were helpful with any questions. There was a coupon for first orders too so that gave a few dollars off. Glad I gave this site a chance, honestly impressed and have no complaints!
