Brilliant service throughout, just leased my first car with All Car Leasing and it couldn’t have been made easier with the help of Helen and Nick. Really helpful and informative.

After a disappointing start with a vehicle that never materialised, Gemma & Keith were brilliant at find me an alternative & the process went smoothly thereafter. They were great at answering my many questions & top marks for their customer service skills.

I can honestly say that right from the start i was given great advice guidance and service from John Haggerty (Account Manager) he really went above and beyond to find the perfect car i wanted. I'm delighted with my brand new Seat Leon its a massive upgrade for me. The process straight through to dealing with all the paperwork and conformation of delivery date was made very easy thanks to the amazing service given from Helen Yates (Assistant Account administrator) and Blaal Khawaja (Account Manager) thanks again for everything you have all done to make this process straight forward and easy.

Leased a A Class - great from start to finish. Communication was fantastic, quick responses to emails at all points of the process. I was a little bit apprehensive about someone driving the car 300 miles for delivery but was Covid secure. I was dealing with Blaal who was great. Couldn't have been anymore helpful.

I don't even know where to begin when explaining how truly awful allcarleasing really are. At the beginning of August we ordered a Mercedes through them. We explained that our current car was going back to a different lease company on the 26th August, and we were assured that our new car would be with us around that time, give or take a couple of days. We hired a car for a few days to keep us going while waiting for a delivery date. The hire car went back so we relied on a family members car for a short period, while allcarleasing were still unable to provide us a delivery date, bearing in mind it had gone past the 'couple of days' we were promised. We then had to resort to hiring a car again, little did we know that this would be going out for 4 weeks, costing us all of our savings!

Despite consistently chasing allcarleasing on a daily basis our calls and emails were rarely returned. When we eventually managed to speak to someone, we were just spun a load of excuses about them not being able to get through to Mercedes.

After 3 weeks of chasing a delivery date and allcarleasing still unable to provide us any information  we completely ran out of money, meaning we had to rely again on a family members car. Only then did allcarleasing decide to lend us a car, having Jason admitting himself that they have really mucked up. But even then they still wanted us to pay to insure the car, costing us even more money. Our hire car then got a chip in the widscreen, costing us an additional £395. If we had our car when allcarleasing said were going to get it, it would of cost us just £75 to get it repaired.

Nigel king is an absolute disgrace to the company. His whole dealing off our complaint has been handled terribly. They say they respond to you within 8 weeks at the lastest,  well we waited more. When he finally did decide to respond to us it was just an email full of excuses. Despite us regularly emailing and phoning chasing our delivery date, Nigel disputes the fact that our emails and calls weren't responded to?? He also refuses to admit that they told us they had a car in stock and then it turns out that they didn't!

The 'We pride ourselves on customer service' line they pull is laughable. I have been working in customer service for 13 years, and not once have I experienced or witnessed any sort of customer service or even compassion, knowing that we were seriously struggling to pay for the hire car and insurances. 

The car leasing companies we had used in the past unfortunately didnt have any stock  so this is the only reason we went with this company as we were told the car would be with us within a couple of days. We would have cancelled our order when we realised we were being mucked around by them, but we had already paid an administration fee and they probably would of thrown a cancellation fee in as that's the sort of money grabbing company they are.

Having spoken to friends, family and colleagues who also lease cars, allcarleasing are well and truly bottom of the list. They made a complete shambles of our car order, causing us to spend hundredes of pounds on hire cars and insurances for family members car. If your looking for a honest car leasing company with A* customer service then try Plancar Car or Vanorama. Most of us have used these companies before including us and they would never treat customers, the way we have been treated by this company.

This is the first and last time we will ever be using them. They are the worst company we have ever had to deal with. We're not just talking about cars, we mean any company in general. They have caused us an untold amount of stress and emotional trauma having lost all of our life savings because made the mistake of going with this company.

We have now of course contacted the ombudsman.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

John Haggerty dealt with my enquiry brilliantly, explaining all my options and sourcing the best deal for me. Where others had failed to find my ideal car, John came up trumps and secured my vehicle with ease and assurance. Even after the deal was done John and the rest of the team were there to answer queries and even source me a loan car (for free) whilst I was awaiting the delivery of my new car. First rate company and a first rate team!

The initial enquiry all the way through to the delivery of vehicle was brilliant. My sales exec Rob and the administration support from Helen was useful, informative & responsive. They were always available to speak and answer any questions or concerns throughout the process.

A big thank you to Robert, Blaal and Helen who provided excellent service in getting me a great car at a great price, delivered on time. The pandemic made everything more difficult as I am in Northern Ireland and the car was picked up in Scotland, but it was no problem to the staff above.

There was a slight delay with delivery, outside of the control of All Car Leasing but I really commend the way both Helen and Blaal both jumped in to help, even working on their day off! This is the first time I have leased a car. My initial contact was with Robert Auld, who was great, he explained the process and was fantastic with answering any questions I had and was very patient. I was then passed onto Blaal Khawaja who was also great, he dealt with the financial side of things and helped me with the finance. All in all, I had a great experience, both gentlemen were courteous, professional, polite and efficient.
