As a first-time lessee I was full of questions about the process and the ins-and-outs of the contract. I did my research on leasing companies and invited 5 to quote for my new car. Of those 5, the top 3 were all pretty close with their pricing so trust and confidence was the decider.
I was happy to choose All Car for one clear reason... The team; Robert, Blaal (and later, Helen)!
The process was full of surprises and changes due to Mini introducing a facelift model, pricing increases and a global shortage of semi-conductors. I came very close to walking away from the deal on 3 occasions. However, thanks to the efforts of the All Car team, I stuck it out whilst they negotiated and worked on my behalf to get me a better deal than I had originally and for no extra cost.
I have no hesitation recommending Blaal and the team to others and I'll certainly be back in touch with them in 3 years time when my contract ends.

After my deposit was taken, Nick became very short and unhelpful after initially being very helpful. Didn’t think to tell me the car he had initially “secured” was no longer available and got me a different car with less spec. until I saw it on the terms and conditions they wanted me to sign. I raised this obviously as the car being presented was 6 months older than what was quoted. He then spouted some nonsense about they can’t get the new car with that deal.... well why was the deal on the website? Just a load of nonsense really. They promote heated seats and light & sight package on the a class but then say you need to contact the manufacturer to check it has that.... what are we paying you for then? Why would I get you to get me a car to then check you are getting me the correct car you have quoted on your website. I clearly have an email asking Nick for the car spec. which he directs me to all car leasing website not mentioning anything on here might not be included. Clear as day their error.

Car arrived late surprisingly, leaving me carless with 2 young kids for a week and after them faffing about I eventually got a courtesy car (far too late) 1 day before the car arrived. Car arrives, wrong spec (shock!) and when complaining, they waited until 17:01 on the last day of the 8th week (they have 8 weeks to reply to your complaint). They did offer me a cash compensation (won’t say amount) but wasn’t close to what I’m losing out on. It’s now with FOS and shock again, they are waiting the full length of time to get back to them with the information as they know they are in the wrong. They know they are in the wrong (hence offering comp. to me) but are clearly too petty to just own up to it and help the customer. I will update this when FOS has fully reviewed. I did notice this kind of behaviour on previous 1 star reviews and thought maybe they customers had just gotten ‘unlucky’ but their petty response to those other 1 star reviews and lack of being able to admit they are in the wrong is absolutely spot in on.

Nick Troy was terrible to deal with but the girls were great, sorry can’t remember their names. I’m sure one was Helen, not sure of the other but they were really helpful and made you feel like they cared (even if they didn’t) which is all you can ask for. Nick was your typical salesman, happy to help until money in their pocket then couldn’t care less after that and can’t admit their mistakes. Nigel King wasn’t much better. He dealt with complaint, offered me compensation for their error and said in the email ‘this isn’t our final offer, please contact to discuss’. I tried to contact numerous times with no reply then all of a sudden out of the blue, Nigel replies saying ‘this is our final offer’. Made absolutely no sense and just wasted my time.

At the end of the day, all I wanted was the car they quoted me for it was that simple. I didn’t get that, I asked them very kindly to provide me with it. Excuses after excuse I couldn’t get it.... it’s an easy job. Customer gets quote online, salesman/broker orders car as per spec and price quote, customer happy! Unfortunately this wasn’t the case this time.

Apart from that everything went smoothly....

Great service. Robert found a car for a son at very short notice. He was incredibly patient as we changed our mind a number of times. Very knowledgeable and his recommendations were very helpful. Bilal organised the final stages to close the transaction. Would definitely recommend.

The whole process was easy to complete and the admin department had the paperwork sorted in record time. They have been very professional and no question was to much trouble. They kept me informed all the way through as to where we were up to with the delivery of my new car. The delivery driver was also very professional. He called an hour prior to the car arriving and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend All Car Leasing. Thankyou all.

Both John, my initial contact, and Helen who dealt with the detail of the car delivery, were excellent - exemplary customer service and keeping me very much up to date with the process.

The car was delivered on the agreed date to my home address as was planned. The car finance company sent to me a video link about the basics of the car's operation as those instructions could not be given in person due to covid so that was also a nice touch.

All in all a good experience.

I was a complete novice concerning leasing but everything was explained to me from the beginning. Everything was electronic which proved to be a bit tricky but we got there in the end. Nothing was too much trouble.
