Such an amazing company. Very helpful and very responsive. Paul was the one who helped me to find my car which I absolutely love. He took into account what was important to me as a mum with a special needs child and a buisness owner. He found me the perfect car. Everything is sent to you in black and white and is easy to understand. My car was dropped to my buisness address and the gentleman took the time to go through as much as he could with me about the car. Top guys, would definitely recommend.

I have received by new lease car in April and Paul Marlowe was my sales advisor. Paul advised me on the car and type of contract length and miles I needed. Cant fault Paul and his team including Gemma in the office. Will be back for the next car in a few years’ time!

Had a good experience so far with this company. Paul Marlowe was great at communicating and finding me a car that I was happy with within my budget! Kept in touch about a delivery date, and the car was delivered with no problems or fuss on the expected morning, first thing. The car was immaculate and it was all so easy with no stress. This is the 2nd time we have leased on a personal lease basis with ALD and we are very happy with their service with Nicholas and Gemma in the office. We ordered a mini and the process was smooth and great communication throughout. Our Mini was delayed due to microchip manufacturing issues, but ALD kept us informed throughout. From the financing to the delivery of the vehicle I couldn't rate them more highly.

First time I’ve leased and it was a very easy experience many thanks to all car leasing and a special thanks to blaal,Gemma and Keith who took me through the whole process with ease , would highly recommend.

Wasted 2 and a half weeks trying to order a car with ACL. They submitted my finance application to an underwriter who would not accept customers from Northern Ireland even though this was clearly highlighted to ACL as a requirement before proceeding, and they claimed that the underwriter would indeed underwrite customers in NI. As a result, the application was understandably refused after dispute. It took ACL two and a half weeks to realise their negligence and not once where they proactive with communication, resulting in me having to repeatedly phone for updates. To add insult to injury, I have a credit check against my credit report which I now need to invest time disputing. Not that it affected me going forward since I got finance approved easily elsewhere, however, why should one settle having a credit check on their file from a funder who where never going to accept you in the first place? ACL offered to submit the application with another supplier but no thanks, how could I trust they would find a supplier that meets the requirements clearly outlined at the very start? Never again. Took my custom to a competitor and it took them under 24 hours from quotation right through to finance approved and car ordered.

Yesterday (30/08/2022) I took delivery of a hybrid Toyota Yaris, something I was told I’d have to wait until March 2023 for.
Blaal, at All Car Leasing, could sense my disappointment at having to wait and went to work. He found a cancellation for me and I’m thrilled to bits. Blaal, your customer service skills are the best, thank you!

A seamless, professional and first class experience from start to finish. My second interaction with All Car Leasing and the second only franked my opinions of the first! Chill first helped me with my AMG C Class a couple of years back, I couldn’t have asked for better service, he is professional, genuine and really listened and delivered on what we needed, he handled everything from start to finish such a seamless process and honestly the nicest guy , now he has just helped us with our new GLE and it’s Amazing , I didn’t even question going with anyone else, and when it’s time to upgrade we will always go direct to chill again !
