We asked lots of questions to secure the right deal and Blaal (and Keith) answered them providing the reassurance we needed to go ahead with placing an order for our new electric car. We received quick responses to e-mails and we were kept informed of progress. We're very pleased with our new car which arrived in advance of the scheduled delivery date -something else we are very pleased about. After buying my last 2 cars, 2nd hand (including a 5 year car from a dealer) and finding both cars were lemons, I had lost my confidence in purchasing a car myself. Without a huge sum of money after losing so much money on these 2 previous purchases, I found myself with very little options. From the moment I spoke to Nick, I was put at ease about how the process would go, how much I would have to pay and what was included in the lease. Nick managed to source me a car quickly as I was without a car. It was slightly over my initial monthly budget but was a better vehicle than I was initially looking at, so I was happy with what I would be paying. Nick told me the car would be with me in around 3 weeks. It was actually around 4 weeks but this was because the dealership paperwork had ended up in my spam box, and as a result I didn't send it in promptly, so wasn't a fault of All Car Leasing.

The car arrived straight to my door when they said it would and Nick has been helpful with answering my questions about charging cables and spare wheels (who knew new cars don't come with them anymore!)

Great service and communication throughout. Felt like the team was trying to be as helpful as possible, when other leasing companies were just sending me PDFs or e-mails with numbers and not willing to discuss the differences of a 3 year or 4 year lease or the impact of adjusting the mileage.

Nick gave me useful advice and guidance to ensure I was making the right decision and I had reviewed all my options. Nick was able to answer all of my questions.

I asked ACL for a number of quotes and different options on each car and all were supplied very promptly and all were transparent. When it came to proceed I was looked after and guided by Nick Troy who did it very professionally and gave me all the information I needed so any concerns were resolved. Including getting in touch to make sure car collection had gone smoothly and then talking to the manufacturer the next day to sort out a minor issue. Service as it should be.

I have now had 2 cars from All car and find them to be both efficient and friendly. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking to lease a car.

Car Leasing. I find Nick in sales always very responsive and efficient, so much so I always get in touch with him as soon as we start looking for another car. Nick is very approachable and has great knowledge of all the cars and has always given me a great price on each car.
