Gorgeous products and wonderful service.
Super soft, gorgeous look and speedy delivery. Packed beautifully, with a little personalised note recognising I had purchased from them before, their ethics, sustainability and quality is fantastic. I love this brand and their products, would definitely recommend a purchase!

Great underwear, great service, smashed it.
Really good buying experience and product! Have been stung before from instagram adverts but checked the reviews and gave it a go. Present for my partner who loved the underwear - soft, comfortable and looks great. Accidentally ordered wrong bra size, they were very helpful with a return. Great underwear and great customer service!

Unlikely to recommend
I ordered a set from here which was lovely fabric. The two underwear (medium blue frilly) within 1 wear both began fraying. Only after I posted on here twice did I get some communications from the company. Eventually they sent me a size up (at my request) and this has had no problems since. Had they have picked this up swiftly and without constantly trying to offer me an non matching item in exchange, they would have a customer for life, which is a shame. The bra has been worn and washed multiple times now with no bobbling, but the straps have loosened and they're at their tightest setting.

As we explained to you through our email communication, we have removed all faulty stock from our website. Unfortunately, this left none available in the size you ordered and therefore we cannot send you a replacement. As a small and new company, we don't buy huge amounts of fabric so it's not as easy as just making more sets. We have said we're happy to offer you another replacement set to assure you of the exceptional quality of our products but if you would like to proceed with a refund, which we are happy to do, please follow the instructions in the email chain we sent this morning.

I loved my underwear set
I loved my underwear set, super comfortable, super cute and really good quality. I was so impressed by the packaging- everything actually was sustainable, unlike a lot of 'sustainable brands'. Would defo recommend, it is expensive but thats the price for sustainable, ethical and good quality clothing. Thank you!

Sizing is perfect and the material is soooo soft. All the packaging is bio degradable, or recyclable card. Lovely touch with the wild flower seeded paper too. Highly recommend to anyone ❤️
