Misleading
The listing was incredibly misleading. Multiple of the listing photos show both the bassinet seat and the sibling seat with the frames & both seats being snapped into the base. However the product only comes with one frame. Making it possible for only one seat to be used at a time. No where in the listing photos of description does it say it comes with only one single seat frame. In fact in the description is says “bassinet and sibling seat frame”.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion caused by the product images. We understand how seeing the stroller shown in different configurations could lead to questions about which components are included.
The Donkey 6 listing does include images showing its various single and double configurations, but the second image also notes that the additional pieces shown are sold separately. The “What’s Included” section further details exactly what comes with this particular bundle, including one bassinet and seat frame. Bugaboo also offers separate Duo and Twin bundles that include additional components, and those bundles specifically list the extra items included.
We certainly don’t want anyone to feel misled, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll continue looking for ways to make the distinction between the different configurations and bundles even clearer.
Sincerely,
The Albee Baby Team
Staff is knowledgable and very helpful
Staff is knowledgable and very helpful. Their inventory is wonderful. They carry brands not found at other locations. Whatever color/options they do not have can be ordered and delivered. The inventory of baby items is amazing and they are very well stocked with baby clothing, books, toys as well as all the equipment. I have purchased strollers and car seats here. It is wonderful to be able to see and feel the products prior to purchasing. I recently purchased a car seat for my son who outgrew his previous one. He was able to sit in a few and I was able to choose one which fit him well and will grow with him until he is able to use a regular seatbelt. Highly recommend!!

Item that was expected to be delivered…
Item that was expected to be delivered in 10 days, took 6 weeks. We had to order from another website to get the item quicker. Offered us a small voucher as compensation when they finally got back to us, which we accepted but are yet to receive.
We have ordered from the website a number of times prior to this with no issues, and usually have a good experience.

Hi Em,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry for the long delay with the travel bag and understand how frustrating it was to have one item hold up your order, especially after having good experiences with us in the past.
We’re also sorry that the reward we offered hasn’t reached you yet. We will have someone apply that credit as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience while we worked through the delay, and we hope we can earn back your confidence in your next order.
