Found the Chicco car seat I wanted for a great price from Albeebaby. Received my package quickly. This car seat makes getting my granddaughter in and out so much easier. It has magnetic clasps and the cushioning is top notch.

While the rest of your order arrived ahead of schedule, the bassinet was delayed by approximately four weeks. We communicated with you throughout the delay and, once the bassinet was delivered, offered 15% off your entire order as a courtesy for the inconvenience, rather than just the bassinet itself.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re sorry your return experience felt frustrating. We would like to clear up what happened with your order, because there was nothing deceptive about it.
We were glad you were able to take advantage of our 20% registry completion discount on this order, and your order was shipped to you for free. Our return policy is the same for every order: customers are responsible for return shipping unless Redo return coverage was purchased at checkout. Without that coverage, the cost of the return label is deducted from the refund, and it is based on the size and weight of the package. Since your order was a large stroller, the label cost was higher, and this is the $50 charge you saw. Had Redo return coverage been added at checkout, your return shipping label would have been included.
The $13 charge was for at-home pickup, which is an optional convenience that you chose and paid for during the return process. We never require this service. It is entirely up to the customer whether to add it, and standard return options are available without it.

Good quality, need more care to send correct products
I liked the quality of the products. I didn't like that one of the products I received was the incorrect color, green rather than the beige I ordered and it is such a hassle to get it replaced. Whoever is packaging the items needs to be more careful or maybe they can implement some way to check if the items being shipped are correct.
