Decent product delivered without issue.
The box was a bit battered on collection at the pickup point, but no damage to contents.
It took a while to dipatch and the lack information available regarding my order on the website was frustrating.

Great products at a good price
Products were delivered in perfect condition and the delivery person was very helpful. The ordering process was straightforward. I would have liked more communication in terms of the date of delivery as I only found out on the day, however I was able to attend the premises in time.

Extremely Disappointed – Overall a Long Wait and No Accountability
I placed an order on 26 April 2025, and after a very long wait, the item arrived completely damaged. I immediately contacted customer service, sent photos, and was told a replacement would be arranged.
While the company did respond, it’s now 27 May and I still haven’t received the replacement. They’ve blamed the delivery service for the delay, but ultimately, it’s the company’s responsibility to ensure customers receive their orders intact and on time.
This has been an overall frustrating experience marked by long delays, poor product condition, and a lack of clear communication or accountability. Over a month has passed without resolution, which is unacceptable.
I hope the company takes full responsibility and resolves this issue quickly. Until then, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

The majority of our goods are shipped from our main warehouse in Sweden hence the 7-10 working day lead-time stated on this item at the time of ordering. This is also the case with the replacement order which I can confirm is due for delivery tomorrow. Apologies if this wasn't clearly communicated to you and frustration this has caused.

The chair trolly was promptly delivered but unfortunately it is a bit lightweight for the village hall chairs and people find it difficult to manage. It would have helped if the description said 'lighter chairs only'.

We ordered a whiteboard from them and it was damaged, they sent a replacement whiteboard a few weeks later and it was once again damaged. Time wasting. I would avoid them.

Product was good delivery dabgerous
Product was good. Palleting of heavy shelving was very very poor. Pallet collapsed and made unloading treacherous/ dangerous.

Excellent company and customer service
Excellent company and customer service. Products we received were great value for money spent. Shipping was done professionally and sent on pallets. Everything received as expected. Had a hiccup with the shipping company but Nikki helped me to sort it out quickly and efficiently. Super friendly service and we are so happy with the products. Highly recommend!
