Our website outlines a standard delivery time-frame of 7–10 working days for most items, as they are shipped from our main warehouse in Sweden. This information is displayed on the product pages, at checkout, and again in the order confirmation email.
Upon reviewing your order, I can confirm that it was delivered within 8 working days, which is within our expected time-frame.

Two damaged deliveries
The first delivery arrived damaged, so was refused. I contacted customer services who said the items would be thoroughly checked at the depot, repacked and sent out again as they said it looked to be only water damage to the packaging, which I disputed and pointed out that the images I provided from the delivery attempt showed damage to the items. The items were attempted to be delivered again after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, and was refused again, with further images sent to customer services showing the damages. Customer services replied and said that the items had been 'thoroughly' checked and found to be in good condition, which I asked for evidence of and they replied that the depot didn't have the facility to open packages as they cannot repackage them. So not only did they attempt to deliver the SAME damaged items twice, they also lied about them being checked and repackaged. Very disappointing

We apologise that one of the pallets arrived wet during transit. The depot removed the outer wrapping and confirmed there was no visible damage to the goods. However, please note that the transport company is not authorised to open individual boxes to inspect the contents, as this falls outside their remit.
While we were confident that the order remained undamaged, we understand that you declined the delivery and chose not to inspect the goods upon arrival.
As requested, we have now cancelled the order and processed a full refund.
