A little unhelpful when wanting to return goods

Bought a garden hose, which was expensive compared to other products, but so far very happy with our purchase.

We did have a faulty nozzle, but customer service was great. Initially a replacement was send, but that was different (to the expensive) original and when that was explained to customer services, a new nozzle matching the original was sent with no fuss.

Good products but even better customer service.

Straight forward transaction and delivery product good.

We had to wait a little longer than expected but that was fine. When it arrived it was easy to assemble and is exactly what we wanted. I will be ordering another one shortly.

One of the products had to be delivered three times because the first two delivered were damaged. This was probably down to the transport company more than AJ products but they do select the transport company so have to bear the blame. They did resolve the issue but this should have been a bit easier and quicker.

Item arrived damaged, I called and expressed the item was damaged and the tressel legs was bent and knackered not usable weld broken bent up, for £510 I would have expected better, I was told to send images not given a time-frame or any customer support just you need to email photos, wasn't even going to tell me how the issues was going to be resolved, I have no space to keep sharp bent up metal around a young child that had additional needs.

I called Arrow back as fortunate for me the driver had to take a break, so they had also taken the item back with them.

Today I receive an email they want arrow to confirm the damage to the items as the images I have sent them was not good enough proof, as the reason I am writing my review, if they said we are awaiting the return and will process your refund accordingly, I could have lived with that as it would have felt more respectful, I am glad I have photos of the damage and CCTV of the item being delivered and then taken back by the same company, so does AJ Products but that is not good enough.

I just want a refund, if its obvious the lack of care from the customer relations side, and how items are just chucked in boxes without any thought of how they are going to arrive to the customers, seeing a few other reviews and wished I had looked on trustpilot before I had parted with my money.

I will get this back because I have already started the process, to claiming my money back.

I received a call 7 days ago saying they will process my refund, contacted them today 25/05/24 the refund was processed today at 10am, this is a very concerning level of customer service to even take a long approach to refund customers that are already displeased.

Unbelievable, worst ever experiance in hystory of online (NOT) sale.

Same reply i see all the time. Sorry we can't see no order from you. Is this a automatic reply service you pay to do these replies? I hope you suffocate in your un sold stock.

horrible company and people, unprofessional and immatures. i would advise to stay well clear of these frauds
