Absolutely awful customer service and possibly fraudulent website. Very quick to process my payment for masks. I ordered these in a bit of a panic over 6 weeks ago. I still have not received them. The masks were very expensive. DO NOT use these jokers.

Airy gal is a fraudulent company stay away. I ordered hand sanitizer bottles and paid them and they never sent them. They just sent me an email saying it was just ordered! They are thieves and will take your money. STAY AWAY! They take advantage of people paying for needed sanitary supplies and steal your money! They should be prosecuted for this!

Where is my parcel? I paid for express shipping 7 weeks ago and never received the items I purchased! The tracking number they provided was FAKE!. Avoid purchasing anything from this company!

Hi, I ordered masks that are supposed to be N95. They arrived today after one month. My problem is that I can't figure out if they are legit and, if so, whether they have expired. Everything is in Chinese except for a label that says "face mask," and a date on the back. Each package has a different date in 2019, and I don't know if that reflects the date of manufacture or the expiration date. I need to know. If they have expired or are not N95, I can still use them as a base and put in a paper towel or air conditioner filter for better protection.

We ordered around $100 face mask from airygal.com. The masks we received are low quality and not meet our expectation. We didn't even bother opening it. Their product is still in the original package. We made the return request. They dragged the return process. And they only offered us 10% refund and asked us to mail back to the original manufacture place (China). This behavior is equivalent to the robbery for us. Don't buy from them. Too much hassles to deal with it. SCAM!!!

If anyone has questions about this site just check out all the bs reviews on 11 Sep and how positive they are. Those are FAKE!!

I'm forced to give 1 star to access ratings box . This company is so bad I cannot believe they are allowed to continue to trade on internet. Their business plan is to get your money end of story. Most orders are not fully completed either arrive with missing product or are never arrive at all .Scam is best word to describe this operation trying to cash in on vulnerable public

Crooks never ever order from this company. I ordered masks. Ordered 80 received 30. Ordered shields, received none placed another order. Won’t refund but hasn’t shipped. They are crooks

Where is my parcel? I paid for express, said will arrange shipping in 3-8 working days! Has been 3 weeks, keep ask me to wait for it. Also give me a fake tracking...

Order have not been delivered

Scam website. Don't use. I ordered something on here and its been months and i still haven't received my item nor a refund. All communication to them have been ignored

My order came in time worth about hundred dollars. I live in San Diego and I don’t know where they coming from, maybe Asia. But I have no problem with my purchase. Yes I am a guy and I bought unisex items.

This site even doesn't need a star. I ordered my product and i paid for expedite shipping. I never got it. It feels like they said they already had shipped and actually, they did not shipped. It is still in shimcheon and does not change after. i want my money back but keep says they already had sent so they cannot redund. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

This rating is for not having a phone number to contact this company. Also I looked for the headquarters address and found nothing. It looks like an scam to me for many reasons. I almost buy from them, but I decided to look for reviews first. Many good reviews don't look real to me. Good that I read some honest people and decided not to buy. ! Thank you!

I was very surprised at how cheap the merchandise was and it didn't fit like they said it would with their chart. Very small! Email them for return and refund and this is what they said. "If you send back , the shipping fee is expensive. We refund 10% as compensation and you just keep it. For your inconvenience and troubles, we would like to offer 10% discount for your next order. When you make the next order please let us know. I spent 34.79 and 10 % was $3.47 wow and they wanted me to spend more money on their cheap merchandise. I told them that was a bad deal and this is what they emailed me back. "If you start a return, the shipping fee is on you. As the shipping fee is expensive, it would cost you too much to send them back, could you please keep them and we'd like to refund you 15% of the items' price, is it OK?" BAD BAD BAD!! I will NEVER buy from them again.

I placed an order with Airygal few days ago, I was very surprised how cheap the merchandise was. I received an email yesterday saying my order has been shipped and they gave me a tracking number. They number could not be found, I read some of the reviews on here and some are good ones. How do I know if they are fake or not. Do these people have my credit card info? Has anyone contacted their bank about this? They don’t respond to the customers, has anyone gotten a refund or their orders?

I ordered 2 bikinis they are ok for the price they offer. Delivered after couple days. 10 days before they say. Then im ok with this store i will order again and i recommend.

Order have not been delivered. Support does not respond (except auto-response with the same message). Loose $50 :-(
