Easy to book, easy to use, easy drop off, easy pickup, bus driver was nice and kind - what more could you want.

It was my first time flying from Liverpool. There was no problem finding the car park and parking up. The terminal is only a short walk away which made for a stress free experience.

All went well with parking would have given 5 stars but a bit steep on price

On returning to our car at Air Parks Slip End Luton on 19.9.26 and opening the drivers door we found a series of chips on the edge of the door where it had been either opened on to another car or post/wall. I complained straight away and photos were taken by a member of staff. Today 23.9 I received a phone call from a mobile not an email as previously advised informing me the chips were already there. This is TOTAL LIE,there were not any chips on the door and I WOULD NEVER open my car door out in this way
I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at Airparks. They have lied and any photos they say they have when I arrived to drop the car off have been falsified bearing in mind I arrived in the early hours of 29.8.26.
DO NOT USE AIRPARKS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TRASHED. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!!!

Airparks Drop & Go was very easy and convenient. We always use Airparks Drop & Go when we fly from Luton.

Drop and Go works, is very convenient if coupled with a nearby hotel for early morning checkins. PIckup on return also worked like clockwork.

Excellent overall.

Probably the 6th time using this car parking facility(Drop and go, Edinburgh) and every bit as efficient and reliable as the 1st time, easy to find, easy to check in and bus waiting time is only a few minutes, highly recommended

Simple and easy runs like clockwork always use

The “Drop and Go” system works reasonably well provided, of course, that you know exactly when you are arriving and departing. If you happen to know when you are leaving but, rather inconveniently, don’t know precisely when you will be returning, the system becomes considerably less impressive.

I needed to change my return date because I was able to come back earlier than expected. I duly went online via the Holiday Extras app, which is associated with the Airparks brand, and selected the “Return Early” option. This helpfully instructed me to telephone a number, which I did, from abroad, naturally.

After patiently listening to the entire menu of options, I was eventually advised by the AI robot to go directly to the website. At which point, having performed its final act of helpfulness, it promptly hung up.

I eventually managed to submit somewhere the details of my new flight online. Unfortunately, I received absolutely no confirmation, acknowledgement or indication that the request had actually been received or, indeed, that anyone at the company ever reads these submissions. I didn't know whether I could pick my car up earlier or not.

An impressively efficient system, provided nothing changes. The moment you need to make a simple amendment, however, you are apparently on your own.

I’m sure it works wonderfully in theory. Personally, I’ll be taking my chances elsewhere next time.

Drop off is super easy. Park the car, check your key in, get on the bus. Collection was a bit less fun. It was 1am and everyone was tired, the bus seems to take ages to come, had no air con and all the windows were shut. Two hour flight from Alicante and felt fine, 10 minute journey on the bus and felt pretty sick at the end of it. Additionally, the car was shoehorned into a space with another car close behind it and it took several goes to get it out in the pitch darkness. It was the same last time we used Airparks, departure is way more pleasant than return. Still the most convenient option for Luton for us but ‘could do better’.

This is the 3rd effort to send this email without losing it all. The driver put us off the bus at the balhi hotel. This was not our destination. We knew from a previous booking in June 2026 where to get off and where to be picked up. The pickup was 50 minutes late. This I believe is dowe to the person who accepted the booking and payment.

Straight forward booking system and no problem with actual parking at Newcastle Airport long term parking

Straightforward online booking process. Good directions to parking site. No problems at barrier on entry or exit. Plenty of available parking. 6 minute walk to Departures and Arrivals.

Amazing Service, from start to finish, really lovely lady who picked us up from the Airport last night. I highly recommend, this company, no stress, really easy, and very reliable

Easy to book and plenty of space available and close to airport.
Only one small downside is the surface of the car park. If all the area could be tarmacadamed it would make wheeling suitcases easier.
