Agriframes Anmeldelser

Before placing our order I enquired via email about suitability for fences rather than walls. The response was quick and useful and I was able to place an order. This was quickly dispatched and arrived correctly packaged with instructions and fittings. Fitting was easy and the clematis that we needed to support is now well supported against our new fence allowing air to flow behind it and the fence. The clematis growing so well I will be ordering more trellis.

Great delivery, great product, great service, great assembly and installation, great design, great look over the front door.......We think it's Great

This company makes beautiful products at reasonable prices. We love the steel planter we recently purchased and will very likely buy another one.

Very good was exactly what I was expecting and did the job

I was extremely excited to purchase this arch. I thought surely, for the price, this must be well made. Putting it together quickly proved me wrong.

I ordered the lattice option. Fully expecting the lattice to either be built into the structure or for the poles to have hooks to connect it to. I was given 8 zip ties to attach the lattice to the poles. I had to purchase more of my own, using a total of 32 to attach the lattice to the poles.

But surely, the structure must be solidly built at least. Again, I was mistaken. There is no system that securely connects the poles. You put a tapered end into the end of the next pole and “secure” it with a piece of rubber. The pieces continually pop out of their rubber “moisture protector” as they were labeled.

This product is Home Depot quality, I wouldn’t have paid more than $250 for the item I received.

Lovely and unique varieties of items, with excellent customer service. I really like the website and the wide range of products available and enjoy shopping with them. Overall, a great experience!

Well done Agriframes!! Well made support for our staghorn tree.

The trellis I bought arrived quickly, is of great quality and looks lovely in my garden. My friends have all asked me where they came from!

Excellent product great quality and it arrived on time in good packaging

I really wanted to like Agriframes but, having purchased a few items over the past year or so, I have finally been prompted to leave what I feel is a fair review from a very bad experience of trying to remove a trellis and some hanging baskets from my walls! I bought a few "rustic effect" items because I like the look, but really did not expect them to not last even a season. They have rusted away to almost nothing, and to add insult to injury the very long screws provided for the trellis are of such poor quality the heads burred and were a real pain to remove. I also thought from the website that Agriframes produced all their items, but the Elegance bean frame I bought came in a box that was not Agriframes branded (marked made in China or somesuch, I cannot remember exactly) and I later saw it available elsewhere - oh, and one of the finials wouldn't screw on because of the poor paint finish. I do recognise you get what you pay for, and the items I bought were not expensive. I just hope that the higher priced items that are made by Agriframes are more durable and better value for money.

I had questions about the dimensions of the pond pockets, and the team were very helpful, they kept me informed of the progress of their enquiry with the fabricator. I am very pleased with the pockets, they are bigger and stronger than I was expecting. I have used them in a wildlife pond to grow creeping plants around the edges, that will hopefully cover the butyl liner.

Very pleased with the trellis I purchased. Customer services are quick to respond.
Will buy again Agriframes.

I bought 2 sets of obelisks & an Elegance Queen obelisk. They’re such great quality, & these also came assembled. They’re sturdy, and the sage green color that I chose is absolutely beautiful. Shipping was fast, too. I’m looking forward to purchasing one of their arches, too.

I bought two of the Elegance Jute strung obelisks for growing Sweet Peas up. They are really nice. Perfect height, easy to string and good quality. They are a lovely colour. I initially ordered them in Rustic but was sent one in Rustic and one in Sage in error. I actually preferred the green one so the helpful customer service team sent another green one and collected the rustic one.

Order for planting pockets for pond plants was received quickly and they were exactly what I needed. I’d tried a similar product with multiple pockets from elsewhere but found them too heavy to handle once filled and there wasn’t enough fabric to securely peg theme. These were so lightweight in comparison and are held very securely by the supplied pegs and look great around the edge of pond.

Super great!! Always the best equipment. Super fast and efficient as always!!

Bought 2 large planters for bay trees. Good, efficient and quick service. Sufficient room to underplant with bulbs/annuals. They look good in our new garden.

In the past year +, I've bought several round arches for an on-going project. I've only managed to install one arch so far (for various local reasons), but it was easy to set up and follow the instructions, I actually managed to do this single handedly! It is a good job that Agriframes supply extra grub screws as they are tiny and easy to lose for someone as clumsy as me (I only lost one).
I love the sleek black-coated arch and a wisteria is happily climbing up and over it now.

Great frame and solid co construction. Easy to assemble and install.
4 stars as I had to call them back as part of the order had not arrived as promised.

Very disappointing experience so far.

Before ordering, I contacted Agriframes specifically to avoid ordering the wrong arbour. I sent a photo of the exact round, dome-shaped structure I wanted and asked them to confirm which option to purchase. I relied on their advice, ordered the recommended model, and had my garden prepared accordingly, including paying for professional installation.

Once assembled, the arbour was significantly different in shape from the one I had shown them.

A Director later acknowledged in writing that the website image I relied on showed a different structure and confirmed that Agriframes was responsible. However, the latest response now appears to have gone back to saying that the “correct product” was supplied and treating the solution as an upgrade.

I deliberately waited before reviewing to give Agriframes the opportunity to resolve this fairly. The matter is still ongoing, and I will update this review depending on how it is resolved.
