This product was exactly as shown on the webpage and arrived to my US address well wrapped and protected for the journey from the maker. I could not be happier with the product, it’s design and the way it will surely surprise my new wife when I give it to her on our honeymoon. They sent me a draft beforehand, so that I could check that everything was correct which I really appreciated! They made it and sent it out super quickly. Unfortunately DHL took the package hostage without me knowing where it landed and Alex & Rachel were super responsive and quick to help me, so that I could retrieve my package!
