I ordered an item at quite late notice and the team at A Gift Of Happiness were absolutely wonderful in handling my request. From a quick reply to my initial enquiry, to sending me designs to approve the day later and then me receiving my item a matter of days afterwards, which is of high quality and something that we'll cherish!

I have recently ordered a gift from this company for my 92 year old Mum's Christmas - a picture bearing the design of a tree and the detail on it which were the names of our seven grandchildren. The Scrabble letters above and below read 'Great grandchildren'. The craftsmanship and attention to detail, as well as my many communications with the helpful members of the team, is amazing. The delivery was quick and the package was securely and lovingly wrapped. I have nothing but praise for the company. Thank you so much!

I ordered a 3 map picture for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and I can’t believe how beautiful it is.

I made a mistake with one of the postcodes and sent an email which was answered almost immediately putting my mind at rest that it wasn’t too late to amend it.

I did tell them there was no hurry for my order as I do not need it until June 2023 but just like magic it was done and received as stated in my order confirmation.

So, sometimes I feel like Etsy is too much work because I don’t know the people and I usually know even less about the product. But they had something I really wanted and so I decided I’d push forward. In fact, I joked with one of them, either Alex or Rachel that they would make a good therapist because they were so patient with my consistent and persistent questions! This business is great! I needed a gift for my wife on a bit of a tight time line and these guys came through! They were able to get my gift made and sent to the US super quick and thier prices are very fair. I can not say enough good things about them.
