Terrible customer service
On their website, there is a statement, they will respond to the emails within an hour, they did not even after 1 day for many emails I have tried...
Then I tried calling the support number. No answer for a couple of tries...
To be able to get support team, the only way was through sales call number!
But then you have to make multiple calls to get a response, as I had to leave voicemail 5 times for a single communication to a real person.
I had to get a set of new licences, [which by the technical team promised to be sent in 10 minutes as "it was easy to set up" I have been told], can take up to 4 days [no, this is 4th day, and I don't have them yet].
Just disappointments...
